    摘要: A battery assembly 200 includes: a block 80 including housings 80a each housing cells 100; first and second connection plates 21 and 22 connecting the cells 100 in parallel; and a spacer 90 disposed between the cell 100 and the first connection plate 21. The block 80 has a pierced part 80b penetrating the block 80 along the axial direction. The spacer 90 has a hollow part 90a penetrating the spacer 90 along the axial direction. A battery module is formed by combining the battery assemblies 200 such that the pierced part 80b of one of adjacent ones of the battery assemblies 200 disposed along the stacking direction is engaged with the hollow part 90a of the other battery assembly 200. The pierced parts 80b and the hollow parts 90a of the battery assemblies 200 communicate with each other along the axial direction.

A discharge curve of this battery when being discharged with a constant power has two or more points of step-like flections near the end of electrical discharge in a range of 5% to 20% of a discharge capacity thereof as determined from an initial discharge voltage in a state of full charge to a discharge-end voltage.

    摘要: Each battery module 100 includes a holder 20 accommodating cells 10 and made of a thermal conductive material, and a rectangular solid case 30 accommodating the holder 20. The holder 20 includes containers 21, in each of which one of the cells 10 is accommodated. The case 30 has a first side surface 30a and a second side surface 30b, which are parallel to side surfaces of the containers 21 of the holder 20, and face each other. The battery pack 200 is formed by stacking the battery modules 100 in a direction that the first side surface 30a and the second side surface 30b overlap each other. Spacers 50a and 50b, each of which has a predetermined width, are provided between adjacent two of the battery modules 100, at both ends of the first and second side surfaces 30a and 30b of the case 30 in a width direction, along a direction perpendicular to the width direction. The spacers 50a and 50b form a gap 60, through which a cooling medium flows, between the first and second side surfaces 30a and 30b.

    摘要: Although having been used for conventional dye laser solvents, organic solvents have a disadvantage of volatility and inflammability, which makes a dye laser device large and cumbersome. In the present invention, which has been developed to solve this problem, an ionic liquid is used as the dye laser solvent. An organic dye stably dissolves in an ionic liquid and the light-emitting property is almost comparable to the case where an organic solvent is used. Since ionic liquids do not have volatility and inflammability, the dye laser medium according to the present invention is extremely easy to handle. In addition, it also has a property that the photobleach is extremely low compared to conventional dye laser mediums using an organic solvent as the solvent thereof. It is easy to obtain a laser sensor for detecting a predetermined specimen with high sensitivity using the dye laser medium according to the present invention.
