摘要: A fluid injection nozzle is used with a fuel injection valve of an internal combustion engine and is capable of controlling its fluid injection angle to a desired value when the fluid is atomized for injection. The fluid injection nozzle is fixed to the outlet portion of the injection port of the fuel injection valve and includes a first orifice plate having a first orifice and a second orifice plate having a second orifice. The first and second orifice plates are laid one above another so that the first and second orifices intersect each other to provide a through-hole in the direction of thickness of the plates. With such an arrangement, the fuel injection angle of the nozzle is controlled on the basis of the ratio of the area of intersection of the downstream side opening surface of the first orifice with the upstream side opening surface of the second orifice with respect to the area of the downstream side opening surface of the second orifice.

摘要: A coil is located radially outside of a cylindrical pipe and configured to generate a magnetic field when being energized. A stationary core is located radially inside of the pipe. A moving core is located radially inside of the pipe and opposed to the stationary core. The moving core is configured to be attracted to the stationary core by magnetic attraction force generated therebetween. A valve element is axially movable together with the moving core to open and close a nozzle hole for injecting fuel. A housing surrounds both an outer circumferential periphery of the coil and one end of the coil in an axial direction. A cover surrounding an other end of the coil in the axial direction. The pipe and the housing are integrally formed and one component.

摘要: In a mounting structure for mounting an injector to an internal combustion engine, a fixing member is inserted into a hole of a cylinder head in an axial direction. Thus, the injector is fixed between the fixing member and the cylinder head. A connector portion of the fixing member is inserted into the hole of the cylinder head together with the fixing member. Therefore, the connector portion of the fixing member can be easily connected with a connector portion of the injector even if the hole of the cylinder head is deep. A first socket provided on an end of the connector portion of the fixing member opposite from the injector is disposed outside the cylinder head. Therefore, the injector can be easily connected with a power source.

摘要: A prepreg is put on upper faces of a protruding jig and heaters arranged on and lifters. A vacuum bag covers upper portions of the protruding jig and the lifters together with the prepreg. The vacuum bag is fixed to flanges of a box-shaped jig. Then, a closed space including a space covered by the vacuum bag and a space communicated with the space covered by the vacuum bag is vacuumed. Then, the heaters are energized with electricity so as to heat and soften portions of the prepreg positioned on the lifters. After the portions have been softened, the lifters are lowered so as to fold and form the prepreg. Thereby, a product can be obtained in which no wrinkles are generated in folded portions.

摘要: A fluid injection nozzle which can atomize a fluid and spray it in a plurality of directions and can be easily manufactured. A first orifice plate is made of metal and has a slit-shaped first orifice provided in a central portion thereof. A second orifice plate is also made of metal and is provided with two second orifices which become narrower with progress in the downstream direction of the fuel flow. The upstream and downstream side openings of the second orifice and the upstream and downstream side openings of the second orifice are eccentric. As a result, fuel passing through the second orifices is guided in the directions of the eccentricity and a fluid injection nozzle having ideal injection directions can be obtained.
