摘要： A method for processing a signal by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The method comprises receiving information on at least one frequency from a network, selecting a frequency from the at least one frequency corresponding to a specific service, and transmitting, to the network, a message indicating the selected frequency. Further, the method further comprises receiving a command for performing a handover from a serving cell to a target cell providing the specific service through the selected frequency.

摘要： The present application relates to a method in which a terminal performs a cell access procedure in a wireless communication system. More particularly, the method comprises: a step of receiving, from a first cell, a message including one or more access-restricting network identifiers or one or more access-restricting area identifiers: a step of restricting, for a predetermined period of time, access to at least one second cell belonging to the network corresponding to said one or more access-restricting network identifiers or the area corresponding to said one or more access-restricting area identifiers, as well as access to said first cell; and a step of restarting access to the first cell and to said at least one second cell after said predetermined period of time elapses.

According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for performing a random access procedure on a first secondary serving cell by a terminal in which a plurality of serving cells are set up includes the steps of: transmitting a random access preamble on a first SCell to a base station; receiving a random access response from the base station; transmitting uplink data to the base station by using an uplink grant included in the random access response; and receiving a collision resolving message from the base station on the serving cell which transmits scheduling information about the first SCell.

Specifically, the method is characterized by comprising: a step in which, if an uplink timing command for a specific uplink timing group is received from a network, a timer for the specific uplink timing group is started, said timer being the time available for the uplink timing command; a step in which a message for the discarding, from the network, of a serving cell included in the specific uplink timing group is received; and a step in which the timer is stopped if there is no serving cell included in the specific uplink timing group.
