摘要: A process for resin finishing textile containing cellulosic fiber comprises the steps of using a resin finishing agent chiefly containing a cellulose-reactive N-methylol compound having two or more functional groups and a reaction catalyst, mainly reacting only one functional group of the cellulose-reactive N-methylol compound with cellulose, water washing, again imparting reaction catalyst, drying, garment making, and heat treating. The process eliminates the conventional postcuring method drawbacks of loss of color fastness and discoloration owing to dye decomposition and formaldehyde increase by unreacted resin and residual reaction catalyst during long storage before heat treatment, and simultaneously achieves high crease-resistant property, shrink resistance, good feeling, excellent pleating property, and anti-puckering property.

摘要: A weaving method and reed where the method is practiced with the reed having spacings between dents of 1/f fluctuations resulting in a woven fabric which has a warp density of 1/f fluctuations. The spacings are established by winding yarn having a 1/f fluctuation around the dent support bars with the dents positioned between the coils of wrapped yarn.

摘要: A system capable of measuring the heat and moisture transfer characteristics of thin materials such as clothing materials and the like simultaneously and accurately so as to obtain data for evaluating the suitableness of such material, for clothing. The sample 50 is set to partition the spaces 56 and 57, then the first and second types of air 1 and 2 which have been adjusted to the desired temperature and humidity flow into the temperature and humidity variation measurement section 53 in the desired amounts, respectively. The airs 1 and 2 are brought into contact with the temperature sensor 58 and the humidity sensor 59 at the inlet and outlet port of the section 53. An exchange of heat and moisture takes place between the air 1 and the air 2 through the sample 50. By measuring the temperature and humidity of the airs 1 and 2 at the inlet and outlet ports of the section 53, it is possible to understand the heat and moisture transfer characteristics of the sample 50. By varying the airs 1 and 2 to correspond to various temperature and humidity conditions at the outside and inside of a wearer's clothing, it is possible to measure the variations of the temperature and humidity of the air taking place through the sample 50 simultaneously and in a time-based manner.

摘要: This invention provides a process for producing a crystallized polyester resin molding. The process includes melting and injecting the below-described first or second compound (a) or (b) into a mold and holding the same in the mold, and then conducting cooling to crystallize a polyester resin of a resulting molding without using an inorganic nucleating agent: (a) a first compound of a crystallization-inducing crosslinked polyester resin, in at least a portion of which crosslinked points have been formed with a crosslink forming agent, and a first non-crosslinked polyester resin; or (b) a second compound of a crystallization-inducing master batch, which comprises the crosslinked polyester resin and a second non-crosslinked polyester resin and abundantly contains the crosslinked polyester resin, and the first non-crosslinked polyester resin. According to the present invention, a crystallized polyester resin molding free from impairment of translucency or transparency can be produced without using an inorganic nucleating agent that would produce haze in the molding.
