摘要： Active ingredients such as medicines are mixed with excipient and then kneaded together with binder and solvent such as alcohol or water to prepare a wetted paste. A mold is filled with this paste. Top and bottom surfaces of the paste within the mold are coated with powder such as lubricant in order to avoid possible sticking of the paste to the apparatus during a subsequent compression step. Then a compressive pressure is exerted on the surface of the paste. Thereafter, the tablet is taken from the mold. The molded tablet can contain water-soluble or fat-soluble medicine.

摘要： A printing apparatus having shorter length in the longitudinal direction and a dust-protecting feature is disclosed. The printer includes a main frame, a subframe assembly, first and second pulse motors each have a reduction gear drive mechanism, a thermal head, a platen roller, a rotary blade, and a stationary blade. The first motor for driving the platen roller and the second motor for driving the rotary blade are disposed between two side plates provided one on each end of the main frame. The reduction gear drive mechanisms are substantially sealed and disposed inside the corresponding side plates. Two pulleys and a timing belt are provided outside each of the side plates.

摘要： A printer apparatus is disclosed that includes a printer unit, a first chassis, and a second chassis that is arranged to open/close through rotation. The printer unit includes a thermal head, a first module having a motor, and a second module having a platen roller and a rotating body. The first chassis includes a heat sensitive paper roll accommodating portion and a mount portion to which the first module is mounted. The second chassis includes mount portions to which the second module and a printed paper roll shaft are mounted, a printed paper roll accommodating portion, and a rotation transmitting mechanism. When the second chassis is closed, the heat sensitive paper roll accommodating portion is closed, the second module is coupled to the first module, the rotating body is rotated by the motor, and the shaft is rotated by the motor via the rotating body and the rotation transmitting mechanism.

摘要： The present invention provides pharmaceutical formulations suitable for intravenous injection comprising a lyophilized anti-ulcerative agent reconstituted in isotonic solutions suitable for intravenous administration, such as 5% dextrose or 0.9% sodium chloride. The solutions are brought to a pH of between about 9 and about 12, preferably between about pH 10 and 11, by a glycine-sodium hydroxide buffer. Such formulations are chemically and physically stable, and do not significantly change color, for at least between about 6 and about 12 hours at room temperature, and are stable to color change for from between about 24 and 48 hours if kept at 5° C.

摘要： A thermal printer is provided. The thermal printer includes a thermal head module, a platen module, and a gear module. The platen module and the gear module are connected to the thermal head module. When setting a recording sheet to the printer, the operator lifts up a knob provided to the platen module, so that the platen module is rotated counterclockwise around a pin provided to the thermal head module. In this manner, the platen separates from the thermal head, and setting a recording sheet becomes easier.

摘要： A hydraulic tensioner 10 includes a piston rod 12 slidably fitted in a cylinder 14 with a small gap or clearance therebetween, and a housing 16 containing the cylinder 14. A ball seat 20 is press-fitted in an end of the cylinder 14 opposite to the piston rod 12 so as to define within the cylinder 14 a high pressure oil chamber 21. The housing 16 has a partition wall 26 at a substantially central portion thereof. The cylinder 14 is loosely fitted in the housing 16 with its longitudinal portion extending forwardly from the partition wall 26. The partition wall 26 has an oil passage 32 having an inside diameter smaller than the outside diameter of the ball seat 20, so that the cylinder 14 and the ball seat 20 are in abutment with the partition wall 26 of the housing 16. A force tending to retract the piston rod 12 generates a pressure which acts on the partition wall 26 either directly via a spring 24 and the cylinder 14 or via the high pressure oil chamber 21 and the ball seat 20.
