    摘要: This invention provides a method of implementing a multi-party conference service (MPCS) using broadcast/multicast service of a wireless communications system used for a conference focus, the context of a corresponding broadcast/multicast service session is generated based on the media flow information, multicast service session information and MPCS information. The generated context of the broadcast/multicast service session is then sent respectively to at least one content provider server, at least one mobile terminal and the broadcast/multicast service controller so that the one or more mobile terminals acquires the content media flow through the broadcast/multicast service session.

The invention comprises: a data packet unpacking unit; a receiving buffer; a decoding unit; a playing unit; and a central control unit. The central control unit comprises: a network state decision section for deciding whether the network is in a spike state according to the received data packets; a buffer adjusting section which predicts the subsequent data packets in one group of data packets when the network is decided to be in a normal state to adjusts the size of the buffer and predicts the subsequent data packets in one data packet when the network is decided to be in a spike state to enlarges the buffer.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method building a handover system to improve the service quality in mobile networks. When a mobile node has received a plurality of care-of addresses, it will send a Prepare Multi-path (PM) message to a correspondent node. Once receiving the PM message, each router replaces the old input label in the PM message with a new input label, and then sends it to the next router. Each router adds a new item into the Split Path Table based on the received message. After sending the PM message, the mobile node sends a Request Multi-path (RM) message to a correspondent node. Each MPLS core router decides whether to stop the RM message or not when the RM message is received. If it is yes, the corresponding input label will be split and the generated data packet will be transmitted to two paths from this router. One is the path in the network where the mobile node has been located, another one is a new path in the visiting network.

Upon receiving user session information, the apparatus analyses the user session information by referring to the session management and user preference databases and determines a QoS policy for the session between and callee terminals. From the user communication terminal and router management database, the apparatus retrieves a node on which the session QoS policy should be set and transmits a QoS command to the node to set the session QoS policy on the node.
