    摘要: An optical deflector of an air bearing type has a fixed shaft; a rotary shaft having a hollow portion fitted onto the fixed shaft; a support device disposed between an end portion of the fixed shaft and an end portion of the hollow portion opposite thereto and supporting the rotary shaft in an axial direction thereof; a radial air bearing formed between an inner circumferential face of the hollow portion and an outer circumferential face of the fixed shaft; a polygon mirror fixed to the rotary shaft; a driving device for rotating the rotary shaft; a device for deflecting light irradiated onto the polygon mirror by rotating the rotary shaft through the driving device; a device for forming a flange for fixing the polygon mirror thereto integrally with the rotary shaft; and a device for setting an upper end portion of the support device on a fixed shaft side thereof to be lower than an upper end face of the polygon mirror. The support device has a first magnet directly attached onto an end face of the fixed shaft, a second magnet opposite to the first magnet and attached to the hollow portion of the rotary shaft, and a third magnet opposite to the second magnet and attached to a casing for covering the polygon mirror. Magnetic poles of the first, second and third magnets are opposite to each other to generate magnetic repulsive force.

    摘要: Delamination in the conventional chip-type electronic part may create voids thereinside, allowing an internal electrode therein to vibrate in presence of external impacts or large electromagnetic forces caused by a high frequency current flowing inside the electrode, in such a way that fatigue may accumulate in the internal electrode, which eventually will results in the internal electrode being electrically disconnected. To solve this problem, a chip-type electronic part of the present invention includes synthetic resins impregnated into the voids to secure the internal electrode, wherein external electrodes of the chip-type electronic part are made of a conductive synthetic resin or a porous conductive material formed by sintering a conductive paste. The former is achieved by impregnating the synthetic resins before the formation of the external electrodes and the later, by extending the pores from surfaces of the external electrodes to surfaces of a main body and then by impregnating the synthetic resins thereinto.

    摘要: A windup reel is formed at a step reel which has a small diameter section and a large diameter section. The large diameter section is formed in such a direction as to press a lower edge of photographic film against a guide pin. When a leader section of transported photographic film is wound on the windup reel, the leader section tries to fit the surface of the large diameter section. For this reason, the force is applied to the photographic film so that the photographic film can move toward the large diameter section. The photographic film moves toward the guide pin, and the edge of the photographic film is pressed against the guide pin. Thereby, the photographic film is transported along the guide pin.

    摘要: A windup reel is formed at a step reel which has a small diameter section and a large diameter section. The large diameter section is formed in such a direction as to press a lower edge of photographic film against a guide pin. The ceramic composition has a small coefficient of linear expansion and can avoid cracking when undergoing thermal shock.
