    摘要: A polymer solution comprising a polymer comprising at least 50 mole % of recurring units represented by the following formula (1): ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 through R.sub.4, which may be the same or different, represent a hydrogen atom or an alkyl or alkoxy group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms, with the proviso that the case where all of R.sub.1 through R.sub.4 represent a hydrogen atom is excluded, a dopant and an organic solvent has a high electric conductivity and is valuable as an electrolyte of a battery, an electrolyte of a capacitor, and the like. A shaped article obtained by shaping this solution and removing the organic solvent from the shaped article has a high electric conductivity and is valuable as various electronic parts.

    摘要: A nonaqueous secondary battery is disclosed. The positive electrode is composed of a polymer obtained by oxidative polymerization of an aniline compound of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are C1-5 alkyl or C1-5 alkoxy, and X and Y are 0, 1 or 2,or a reduction product of the polymer the negative electrode is composed of (i) an alkali metal, (ii) an alkali metal alloy, (iii) an electroconductive polymer or (iv) composite of an electroconductive polymer with an alkali metal or an alkali metal alloy. The electrolytic solution is composed of a supporting electrolyte selected from LiAsF.sub.6, LiBF.sub.4 and LiPF.sub.6 and a solvent, wherein when the supporting electrolyte is LiAsF.sub.6 or LiPF.sub.6, the solvent is a mixed solvent comprising at least one member selected from propylene carbonate and ethylene carbonate and at least one member selected from tetrahydrofuran and 1,2-dimethoxyethane, and when the supporting electrolyte is LiBF.sub.4, the solvent is a mixed solvent comprising propylene carbonate, ethylene carbonate and at least one member selected from tetrahydrofuran and 1,2-dimethoxyethane.

    摘要: The invention relates to an anode for lithium secondary battery comprising vapor grown carbon fiber uniformly dispersed without forming an agglomerate of 10 μm or larger in an anode active material using natural graphite or artificial graphite, which anode is excellent in long cycle life and large current characteristics. Composition used for production for the anode can be produced, for example, by mixing a thickening agent solution containing an anode active material, a thickening agent aqueous solution and styrene butadiene rubber as binder with a composition containing carbon fiber dispersed in a thickening agent with a predetermined viscosity or by mixing an anode active material with vapor grown carbon fiber in dry state and then adding polyvinylidene difluoride thereto.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a negative electrode material for a lithium battery comprising a carbonaceous negative electrode active substance having a specific surface area of 1 m2/g or more, a binder formed of styrene-butadiene rubber and a carbon fiber having a fiber diameter of 1 to 1,000 nm; and to a lithium battery using the negative electrode material, which has excellent characteristics, i.e., low electrode resistance, high electrode strength, excellent electrolytic solution permeability, high energy density, and good high-speed charging/discharging performance. The negative electrode material contains carbon fiber in the amount of 0.05 to 20 mass % and the binder formed of styrene-butadiene rubber in 0.1 to 6.0 mass %, and may further contain a thickener such as carboxymethyl cellulose in the amount of 0.3 to 3 mass %.

The melt is rapidly cooled by strip-cast method at a cooling rate of more than 2×103 ° C./sec and no more than 104 ° C./sec to be cast. Further, the cast is milled and classified into alloy powder having an average particle size of 0.1 μm to 50 μm. The alloy powder and conductive agent are laminated with binder onto a collector to obtain a negative electrode for a secondary battery. The negative electrode is employed to obtain a lithium secondary battery having high electric charge and discharge capacity, and good property of charge and discharge cycle.
