    摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus and a method for fractionating gypsum slurry which can surely control the density of the gypsum slurry fractionated from the mixer (fractionated slurry), which can restrict change of the flow rate of the fractionated slurry, and which can reduce the consumption of foam or foaming agent. The fractionation apparatus (30) fractionates the gypsum slurry from a mixer (4) for mixing calcined gypsum and water. The mixer has a hollow connector section (50), which allows the gypsum slurry to flow from a mixing area inside of the mixer into a chute section (5), and the chute section (5) discharging the inflow of gypsum slurry through its slurry discharge port onto a gypsum board liner paper. The fractionation apparatus has a slurry fractionation port (33) opening to the chute section or the hollow connector section, and causes a part of the gypsum slurry in the chute or hollow connector section to be delivered to a slurry delivery conduit (11,13,19).

    摘要: Serration rolling tools and thread rolling tools each having groups of leading teeth, finishing teeth and disengaging teeth are provided, a lead angle of the thread rolling tool being set in accordance with the rolling diameter of the serration section in a work piece. The thread rolling tool and serration rolling tool are arranged parallel and integrally. First a rolling operation for forming serrations is started by the serration rolling tools, a rolling operation for forming threads being started by the thread rolling tools in the course of the rolling operation by the group of the leading teeth of the serration rolling tools. A rolling operation for finishing the threads is completed in the latter half of the rolling operation by the group of the finishing teeth for the serrations. The difference in rolling diameters is absorbed by the slide of the aforesaid thread rolling tools on a shaft member (work piece), thus enabling the simultaneous formation of serrations and threads in a short rolling stroke.

    摘要: A holder for a rotary cutting tools has a holder body fixed to a spindle of a machine tool. A rotatable shaft concentric with the holder body and having a tool-mounting portion at one end thereof is coupled at its other end portion to the holder body to receive torque from the holder body. The rotatable shaft is so mounted as to be radially displaceable and inclinable relative to the holder body. A positioning member is fixedly disposed on the machine tool body radially outwardly of the spindle. A cylindrical casing disposed radially outwardly of and rotatably engaged with the rotatable shaft such that the casing and the shaft are rotatable relative to each other, the casing being engageable with the positioning member for accurate positioning thereof by the positioning member, and thereby positioning the rotatable shaft. The holder may further have a circumferential lock mechanism for locking the casing and the holder body to prevent relative rotation between the casing and the holder body when the holder is not attached to the spindle, and for allowing relative rotation after the holder has been attached to the spindle.

    摘要: A tool holder for holding a rotary cutting tool, attachable to a spindle of a machine tool, has a holder body fixed to the machine spindle. A rotatable shaft having a tool-mounting portion is coupled to the holder body such that the shaft is axially and radially displaceable relative to the holder body. A positioning member is fixedly disposed on the machine tool body radially outwardly of the machine spindle. A casing is disposed radially outwardly of the rotatable shaft such that the casing and the rotatable shaft are rotatable relative to each other, the casing being engageable with the positioning member to accurately position the rotatable shaft when the holder body is fixed to the machine spindle. A guide bushing is fixedly supported at one axial end portion of the casing remote from the holder body. The guide bushing has a bore which is engageable with an outer circumferential surface of a guide portion of the cutting tool held by the tool-mounting portion of the rotatable shaft, thereby rotatably guiding the cutting tool.
