    摘要: An ethylene-&agr;-olefin copolymer which is a copolymer of ethylene with a C3-20 &agr;-olefin and which satisfies the following conditions (a) to (c): (a) the density (D) is from 0.850 to 0.950 g/cm3, (b) the relation between the melt tension (MT) and the melt flow rate (MFR) at 190° C. satisfies the following formula (1): log(MT)≧−0.91×log(MFR)+0.06   (1), and (c) the following three formulae (2), (3) and (4) are satisfied: Tmax≦972D−813   (2) logW60≦−0.114 Tmax+9.48   (3) logW90≧0.0394 Tmax−2.95   (4) where D is the density, Tmax is the elution peak temperature (°C.) by the cross fractionation measurement, W60 is the weight percentage (wt %) of a soluble content at 60° C. or lower, and W90 is the weight percentage (wt %) of a soluble content at 90° C. or higher.

    摘要: A thermoplastic polymer composition comprising: (i) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polymer component which comprises an ethylene-propylene rubber, an ethylene copolymer and a propylene polymer (including an ethylene-propylene block copolymer), and (ii) 7 to 25 parts by weight of talc, the thermoplastic polymer component being composed of, according to fractionation using o-dichlorobenzene as a solvent, component (A) which is a component soluble in the solvent at 40.degree. C., component (B) which is a component insoluble in the solvent at 40.degree. C. but soluble at 110.degree. C., and component (C) which is a component insoluble in the solvent even at 110.degree. C. in such a proportion that the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is from 50 to 70 parts by weight, the weight ratio of the component (A) to the component (B) being from 0.5 to 1.5, and the amount of the component (C) is from 50 to 30 parts by weight; the composition having a flexural modulus of 10,000 to 20,000 kg/cm.sup.2.

    摘要: An ethylene polymer which is useful for molding inflation film having a particularly excellent moldability is provided. The ethylene polymer is obtainable by the first and second steps and satisfying the following conditions (a) to (d): (a) the polymer produced in the first polymerization step having an weight average molecular weight (Mw,.sub.1) in the range of 6.times.10.sup.5 to 4.times.10.sup.6 ; (b) the ratio (Mw,.sub.2 /Mw,.sub.1) of the weight average molecular weight of the polymer produced in the first polymerization step (Mw,.sub.1) and the weight average molecular weight of the polymer produced in the second polymerization step (Mw,.sub.2) being in the range of 0.7 to 1.4; (c) the molecular weight in which the integration fraction from the low molecular weight is equal to 1/2 of the weight fraction (W.sub.2) of the polymer produced in the second polymerization step being in the range of 5.times.10.sup.3 to 3.times.10.sup.4 ; and (d) the weight fraction (W.sub.1) of the polymer produced in the first step being in the range of 0.45 to 0.70, and the weight fraction (W.sub.2) of the polymer produced in the second step being in the range of 0.30 to 0.55.

    摘要: An apparatus for fractionally measuring a polymer comprising: a flow path change valve unit A having an inlet for pouring a sample polymer solution, a loop for metering the sample polymer solution, an internal standard solution pouring mechanism including a loop for metering the liquid and a valve for pouring the liquid, and a valve for changing the system flow path; a composition fractionation unit B which is provided with a column filled with a filler, and which permits the polymer dissolved in the sample polymer solution transferred from the loop for metering the sample polymer solution to precipitate on the filler, and then fractionally dissolves the polymer by stepwisely raising the temperature in the column; a molecular size fractionation unit C which is provided with a column filled with a filler, and which fractionates, depending upon the molecular size, the sample polymer fraction solution which has undergone composition fractionation in the unit B and which is batchwisely transferred therefrom; a solvent feeding unit D which feeds at a predetermined flow rate a solvent for use in the fractional dissolution of the sample polymer in the unit B and for transferring the obtained sample polymer fraction solutions; a detection unit E which deflects the results of fractionation obtained in the unit C and measures the molecular weight distribution; a system controller; and automatic temperature controllers.
