Disclosed is a method for stabilizing a solid pharmaceutical preparation containing a pharmacological substance and sodium lauryl sulfate, the method comprising incorporating into the preparation at least one member selected from the group consisting of neutral salts, basic salts and basic substances. The preparation containing sodium lauryl sulfate prepared by the method of the invention has superior performance, including high storage stability, suppression of discoloration and deterioration, and prevention of change in its properties, such as the dissolution rate of pharmacological substance from the preparation.

The dough composition for frying comprises at least cereal crop powder and an aqueous solution of water-soluble cellulose ether which is gelable during heating. A fried dough composition is obtained by frying the dough composition. Moreover, a method of producing a fried dough composition comprises at least the steps of: mixing an aqueous solution of water-soluble cellulose ether which is gelable during heating with cereal crop powder to form a dough composition; and frying the dough composition.

A light transmittance adjusting apparatus for adjusting a windowpane of an automobile or a building has a fixed member and a movable member arranged in parallel with each other and having a plurality of light interception sections and light transmission sections formed thereon alternately. The vertical position of the movable member are changed electrostatically relative to the fixed member to adjust the light transmittance of the windowpane. Each light interception section has a semi-interception region, the light transmittance of which decreases gradually from a center region thereof toward the adjacent light transmission section. The semi-interception region of the light interception section of a light interception plate of the fixed member overlap the semi-interception region of the light interception section of a light interception plate of the movable member, thus accomplishing an optical interception completely.
