摘要： A continuous strand of wire is laid in a wire groove or between pairs of guides on a substrate and is cut at desired locations to form individual circuits. At least one recess below the level of the wire laying plane is positioned to correspond to a scrap wire portion to be cut off. The recess is wide enough to allow insertion of cutters. The cutters include pairs of first and second cutting blades located at opposite sides of the wire which are moved toward the wire so that both ends of the scrap wire portion are cut by the first cutting blades and by the second cutting blades, respectively.

摘要： A wire assembly is formed by insertion of a wire into a wire guide including a wire guide which is either a receiving groove or pairs of guide projections in or on an insulation substrate. Cramping terminals may be connected to the wire, and the wire may be cut in desired positions to separate it into a plurality of circuits. A retainer is provided which is at an angle to the leading end of the wire guide at a starting position. The wire is inserted into the wire guide after its leading end has been introduced into the wire retainer.

摘要： To provide a wiring circuit for an electrical connection box, a method and a device for cutting a wire for circuits is provided. The method and device are inexpensive and capable of securely cutting the wire and separating the circuits in one operation step. A wiring circuit for an electrical connection box comprises wire portions and connecting terminals connected with the wire portions. The wire portions are made by cutting a wire such that at least one of the two cut ends of the wire is bent with respect to the extension direction of the wire simultaneously with the cutting of the wire.

摘要： An electrical connection box includes a casing having an upper casing (10) and a lower casing (11). Terminal holes (19, 20) are formed on the outer wall of the casing. An insulating plate (12), mounted in the casing, has a several of wiring grooves (13) formed on at least one of its opposite faces (12a, 12b). Terminal driving portions (24 and 25), obtained by increasing a width of the wiring grooves (13), are provided at predetermined locations in the wiring grooves (13). Wires (14, 15) having first and second diameters are inserted into and held in the wiring grooves (13). Pressing contact terminals (16, 17) includes a pressing contact portion (16a, 17a) and an input-output terminal portion (16b, 17b) formed at its opposite ends, respectively. The pressing contact portions (16a, 17a) are driven into the terminal driving portions (24, 25) to connect through pressing contact to the wires (14, 15) held in the wiring grooves. The input-output terminal portions (16b, 17b) project out of each of the terminal holes (19, 20) to connect to an external circuit. The pressing contact portions (FIG. 46) may include notches (117g, 117h) that bite into the wiring groove as the pressing portions engage the wires and expand outwardly. Small-diameter wires 14 may engage shorter pressing contact terminals 16, while large-diameter wires 15 engage longer pressing contact terminals 17.

摘要： An upper casing and a lower casing together form a casing of an electrical connection box. An insulating plate is provided within the casing. A first space is thereby defined within the casing between the insulating plate and the one of the upper and lower casings, and a second space defined within the casing between the insulating plate and the remaining one of the upper and lower casings. A first circuit, formed by bus bars, is disposed in the first space. A second circuit is formed by wires and pressing contact terminals in pressing contact with the wires. Wires of a portion of the second circuit are shifted to the first space, and wires of the remaining portion of the second circuit are disposed within the second space.
