摘要: A communication system for controlling communication between a terminal apparatus and a counterpart terminal apparatus, includes circuitry that: converts speech data into language information, the speech data representing speech input to the terminal apparatus or speech input to the counterpart terminal apparatus; displays the language information that is converted on an information display screen at the terminal apparatus in a chronological order; displays, on the information display screen, content based on a user operation on the language information displayed in the first area of the information display screen; and transmits information on the content displayed on the information display screen to a counterpart terminal apparatus, to cause the counterpart terminal apparatus to display the content.

摘要: An HUD apparatus is configured to irradiate light for forming an image on a transmissive reflector provided in a movable body, and to display a virtual image in a display area to overlap the virtual image with scenery outside the movable body. A given distance range in the scenery from a reference point that is set in the movable body is included in the display area, and a difference between a first convergence angle to a target object (e.g., road surface) that is present in the given distance range and a second convergence angle to the virtual image displayed in the display area is at most one degree.

摘要: An apparatus that controls a DC-DC converter including a switching element of which duty ratio is controlled by the apparatus to regulate the output voltage includes: acquiring device for acquiring the input voltage; converting device for converting the input voltage to a modulated signal representing the input voltage; first limiting section for limiting the duty ratio of the switching element in response to the input voltage represented by the modulated signal; first determining section for determining whether or not the modulated signal is in abnormal condition; and enabling section for enabling the DC-DC converter to continue to convert the input voltage to the output voltage when the determining section determines the abnormal condition. The enabling section includes second limiting section for limiting the duty ratio of the switching element, the second limiting section limits the duty ratio of the switching element when the determining section determines the abnormal condition.

摘要: An information providing apparatus includes one or more processors; and a memory storing instructions, which when executed by the processors, cause the processors to acquire, by a display unit, information on a predetermined position outside a moving body to display an information providing image for providing information associated with the predetermined position as a virtual image; and control the display unit to change a display position of the information providing image according to movement of the moving body. The display position of the information providing image is changed such that a deviation amount between the predetermined position and a position at which a straight line passing through a reference point within the moving body and the display position of the information providing image reaches a surface on which the moving body is moving decreases as a distance between the moving body and the predetermined position decreases.

摘要: An apparatus controls a DC-DC converter that converts an input voltage to an output voltage. The DC-DC converter includes a switching element having a duty ratio controlled by the apparatus to regulate the output voltage, a first transformer, a second transformer and a capacitor. A terminal voltage applied between input and output terminals of the switching element varies depending on the duty ratio and the input voltage. The apparatus may be configured to: limit the duty ratio in response to the input voltage represented by a modulated signal; enable the DC-DC converter to continue to convert the input voltage to the output voltage when an abnormal condition of the modulated signal is determined; and limit the duty ratio of the switching element when the abnormal condition is determined. Main and sub switching elements of the switching element and the capacitor are disposed between the first and second transformers.
