    Abstract: A dip-formed article obtained by dip forming a dip-forming composition containing a latex of a carboxyl group-containing nitrile rubber, wherein at least one surface is surface treated, a thickness is 0.02 to 0.2 mm, a coefficient of dynamic friction of the surface treated surface is 0.5 or less, and a tensile strength after surface treatment is 30 MPa or more is provided.

    Abstract: A method of producing a laminated body, the method including a coagulant solution deposition step of depositing a coagulant solution on a fiber substrate, and a coagulation step of forming a polymer layer on the fiber substrate by bringing a polymer latex into contact with the fiber substrate having the coagulant solution deposited thereon to cause a polymer to coagulate. As the coagulant solution, a solution obtained by dissolving or dispersing 0.2 to 7.0% by weight of a metal salt as a coagulant and 0.1 to 7.0% by weight of an organic acid in a solvent is used. In the method of producing a laminated body, the metal salt is a polyvalent metal salt. In the method of producing a laminated body, the organic acid is an organic acid having at least one group selected from a carboxyl group, a sulfo group, a hydroxy group, and a thiol group.

    Abstract: A latex for dip forming and a sulfur-based crosslinking agent, and has a pH of 9.5-11, the latex containing a copolymer having 40-80% by weight of conjugated diene monomer units (A) that contain a butadiene unit and an isoprene unit, 10-45% by weight of ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units (B), and 2-15% by weight of ethylenically unsaturated acid monomer units (C), the ratio between the butadiene unit content and the isoprene unit content being 40:60 to 95:5 expressed in terms of weight.

    Abstract: A laminated body formed by laminating a fiber substrate composed of a plurality of fibers and a polymer layer formed from a polymer latex. The polymer layer covers the fiber substrate in a state in which a portion of the polymer layer has permeated among the fibers. A ratio (t1/d) of a thickness t1 of the portion of the polymer layer that has permeated among the fibers (from a top surface of the fiber substrate) to a substrate layer average thickness d is 0.1 to 0.95. A thickness t2 of the portion of the polymer layer covering the top surface of the fiber substrate (from the top surface of the fiber substrate) is 80 μm or more.
