摘要: A method provides for adapting shifts to be carried out in a transmission of a motor vehicle. The shifts are triggered by a transmission control unit and are is controlled and/or governed by the transmission control unit. An actual value corresponding to an acceleration of the motor vehicle is recorded by measuring instruments and is compared to a corresponding target value. On the basis of a deviation between the actual value and the target value, the carrying out of the subsequent shifts of the transmission control unit is adapted. The actual value corresponding to an acceleration of the motor vehicle is individually recorded for several consecutive shift stages of each shift, whereas the actual value in the individual shift stages is compared to the target value in the individual shift stages of the transmission control unit. On the basis of a deviation in the individual shift stages between the actual value and the target value, the carrying out of the subsequent shifts of the transmission control unit is individually adapted for each shift stage.

The method of operating the drive-train, during crawling at a crawling speed in the forward driving direction, such that for crawling in a starting gear engaged in the transmission for forward driving and with the starting clutch engaged without slip, the drive aggregate is operated in a rotational speed regulated manner so that a crawling speed is obtained, which depends on the rotational speed of the drive aggregate and the gear ratio of the starting gear engaged in the transmission. Based on actuation of an operating element of a speed regulating unit, at least one appropriate starting gear for crawling is determined and automatically engaged in the transmission.

If the tooth-on-tooth position is not eliminated, then repeating subsequent operating attempts of operation of the actuator, each time with an increased target parameter, until, after the corresponding operation of the actuator, the tooth-on-tooth position is eliminated by the m-th operating attempt. For elimination of a subsequent tooth-on-tooth position, the target parameter defined for the first elimination attempt is adapted such that the subsequent tooth-on-tooth position is eliminated by an n-th attempt.

To be able to carry out the determination regardless of the type of transmission concerned, also prior to the determination, the transmission is shifted to neutral and subsequently the drag torque is calculated when the engine is deactivated. For this, a first gradient of a transmission input rotational speed is determined, before an engine rotational speed of the engine falls below the transmission input rotational speed, and a second gradient of the transmission input rotational speed is determined, after the engine rotational speed falls below the transmission input rotational speed. The method is stored as a computer program stored on data carrier of a drive-train control unit of a motor vehicle.

摘要: A shift control method for an automated transmission of a motor vehicle. The transmission has an input shaft that is connectable, via a separator clutch, to an engine driveshaft. An output shaft is connected with the axle transmission of a drive axle or with a transfer box, and starting gears are engagable by gear clutches. When tooth-on-tooth positions occurs at the associated gear clutch, during engagement of a starting gear while the vehicle is stationary, such tooth-on-tooth positioning is resolved with maximum comfort. The method provides that when a tooth-on-tooth position exists at the gear clutch of the starting gear, engagement of the gear clutch is first interrupted, then drive torque is applied to the input shaft or a transmission shaft in driving connection therewith to rotate the input-side clutch half of the gear clutch, and the drive torque is then eliminated before the engagement of the gear clutch continues.
