摘要: A method for drying biomass fuel, including: 1) collecting and cutting raw biomass fuel into fragments; mechanically squeezing and dehydrating the fragments to yield biomass fuel in the form of filter cake; 2) mashing and loosening the biomass fuel in the form of filter cake; and loading the biomass fuel onto charging carriages of fuel transport vehicles; 3) connecting tails of the fuel transport vehicles and the carrier vehicle of drying equipment; moving the movable drying room of the carrier vehicle of drying equipment onto the fuel transport vehicles; 4) convectively drying the biomass fuel in the charging carriages; 5) exhausting air in the movable drying room following convective drying; and 6) moving the movable drying room to cover and seal the charging carriages of a next fuel transport vehicle following radiant drying. A mobile device for drying biomass fuel is also provided.

摘要: A thermal energy supply system, including: a solar concentrating device, a solar storage tank including a first heat exchanger and a second heat exchanger, a biomass power station including a biomass boiler, a central refrigeration and ice maker, and a central hot water supply tank. The solar concentrating device is connected to the solar storage tank. The inlet of the first heat exchanger of the solar storage tank is connected to the outlet of a feedwater pump of the biomass boiler. The outlet of the first heat exchanger is connected to the inlet of a water feeding system of the biomass boiler. The inlet pipe of the second heat exchanger of the solar storage tank is connected to the outlet pipe of a water purification plant. The outlet of the second heat exchanger is connected to a thermal energy input pipe of the central refrigeration and ice maker.

摘要: A method for drying biomass fuel using waste heat of flue gas from a power plant. The method includes: 1) stepwise recovering, by multi-stage condensation, sensible heat of flue gas; stepwise heating air using the sensible heat, to yield first-stage dry air and second-stage dry air; 2) convectively drying and dehydrating biomass fuel using the first-stage dry air having a temperature of between 150 and 180° C.; 3) further convectively drying and dehydrating the biomass fuel using the second-stage dry air having a temperature of between 80 and 100° C.; and 4) drying and dehydrating the biomass fuel using the third-stage dry air having a temperature of less than or equal to 25° C.

摘要: A method for preparing nano silica and nano calcium carbonate using rice hull ash and flue gas. The method includes: 1) adding rice hull ash to a sodium hydroxide solution, to yield a first mixed solution; stirring and heating the first mixed solution; then filtering the first mixed solution to yield a first filtrate; 2) adding the first filtrate to a reaction still, and diluting the first filtrate; adding polyethylene glycol as a dispersant to the reaction solution; introducing flue gas to the reaction solution; filtering the reaction mixture to yield a first filter cake and a second filtrate; washing the first filter cake to a neural pH, slurrying and drying the first filter cake to yield nano silica; and 3) mixing the second filtrate and a washing solution collected from 2); adding a calcium hydroxide solution to the reaction still, to yield nano calcium carbonate.

The solar energy storage bed includes: an upper air box, a lower air box, a plurality of solar heat collecting-storing pipes, and a sealing chamber. Each solar heat collecting-storing pipe includes an air pipe. The air condenser includes: an air inlet, an air outlet, two gas chambers, and a bundle of gas pipes. The solar greenhouse, the solar energy storage bed, the air condenser, the wet dust collectors are connected via pipes. The valves and the blowers are disposed on the pipes.

摘要: A seasonal heat-cold energy storage and supply pool, including a salt-free solar pool at the upper layer and an energy storage pool at the lower layer. The salt-free solar pool and the energy storage pool are separately connected to a water source. The salt-free solar pool includes a pool bottom and a pool wall. The pool bottom of the salt-free solar pool functions as a top cover of the energy storage pool. The energy storage pool includes a wall and a bottom which are a composite layer. The energy storage pool is provided with a heat exchange coil configured to implement heat exchange in the energy storage pool for supplying heat and cold for an external user. The salt-free solar pool and the energy storage pool are communicated through controllable valves at the pool bottom of the salt-free solar pool.

摘要: A photocatalytic reaction system by collecting sunlight, the system including: a light collector, a light conduction device, and a photoreactor. A transparent protective cover is disposed on the top of a housing of the light collector. A light-collecting convex lens group is disposed beneath the protective cover in the transmission direction of the sunlight. The housing of the light collector is provided with a solar radiation measuring device. An azimuthal main shaft and the pitch main shaft are separately provided with the servo motors and are rotatable in relation to each other by tracking the sunlight under the drive of the separate servo motors. The sunlight collected by the light-collecting convex lens group is converged into a convergent light when passing through the light conduction device and the convergent light is directed to the photoreactor. The photoreactor functions to transmit full-spectrum rays of sunlight.
