    Abstract: A method is provided for acquiring a user location including, when it is required to acquire a current user location, a Location Service Client (LSC) transmitting a location service request carrying a user bearer identifier of user to a Bearer Mapping Function (BMF) through a Gateway Mobile Location Centre (GMLC), and after receiving the location service request, the BMF searching for a corresponding Interworking Packet Access Gateway (iPAG) according to the user bearer identifier, and after obtaining user location information from the iPAG, the BMF returning the user location information to the LSC through the GMLC or instructing the GMLC to obtain the user location information from the iPAG.

The method includes: sending a query request for querying a domain name of a server to a DNS; receiving a query response returned according to the query request, where the query response carries a first identifier of an IDGW; sending a service request to the IDGW according to the first identifier, where the service request is used for the IDGW to convert the first identifier into a second identifier of the server and forward the service request to the server according to the second identifier; and receiving a service response message returned from the server in response to the service request.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an emergency call method for a real-time communication browser. A signaling server acquires location information of a user who makes an emergency call through a browser, determines an emergency communication server connected between the signaling server and a PSAP nearest to the user according to the location information, and sends an emergency service request to the emergency communication server or returns an emergency call request response to the browser that then sends an emergency service request to the emergency communication server. The emergency communication server forwards the emergency service request to the PSAP. An emergency call system for a real-time communication browser and a mobile device are disclosed. Through solutions of the disclosure, an emergency communication server may be deployed or a mobile communication network may be selected to initiate a browser emergency call, so as to implement a cross-region emergency call for an RTCWEB system.

    Abstract: A realizing method of emergency registration is disclosed. When the user equipment in the visited network initiates an emergency registration request, the method comprises the following steps: after P-CSCF of the visited network receives the emergency registration request sent from the user equipment, it forwards the message to S-CSCF of the home network. The S-CSCF sets the emergency registration expiration time according to the setting policy for emergency registration expiration time, includes it into the emergency registration response sent to the P-CSCF which retrieves the emergency registration expiration time from the emergency registration response and sends the message to the user equipment, which in turn retrieves the emergency registration expiration time from the emergency registration response. The factors of the setting policy for the emergency registration expiration time comprise: a type of the emergency call, the location information of the visited network and the location information of the user equipment.
