Methods, apparatus, and systems for wireless communication are described. In one example aspect, a method includes performing, by a communication node, a handover procedure from a source base station to a target base station based on information associated with a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session. The information indicates that at least one tunnel in a list of tunnels that carry user data has a one-to-one correspondence with a Quality of Service (QoS) flow. The method also includes transmitting, for the handover procedure, downlink data to both the source base station and the target base station by the communication node.

A power control method includes: acquiring a power allocation rule; and allocating a transmit power of a UE for each of base stations according to the power allocation rule when receiving a handover instruction or starting to access a target side, and communicating with each of the base stations according to the transmit power; where the base stations include all source base stations before a handover and all target base stations after the handover.

Disclosed are a small cell eNodeB access system and a method for realizing network access therefor, including: setting up a control plane link and a user plane link respectively, the small cell eNodeB access system processing control plane data of access UE through the set up control plane link, and processing user plane data of an access UE via the set up user plane link. In the embodiment of the present invention, it makes the UE have data transmission and reception with two different eNodeBs such as macro cell (eNodeB) and small cell (eNodeB) simultaneously by separating the control plane with the data plane, so as to increase the user throughput and enhance the mobility performance, and to solve the problem that the user switches between the cells so that information exchanges frequently between nodes and so as to cause an impact on the core network.

A method for power processing and a terminal are disclosed, the method includes: after receiving a command for power adjustment, a terminal performing power adjustment; when detecting that transmission power exceeds a threshold value, or within a specified time period, a time that the transmission power exceeds the threshold value reaches a specified value or a lasting time that the transmission power exceeds the threshold value reaches a specified value, or detecting that a number of times for receiving the specified command for power adjustment in a specified time period exceeds a specified number of times, the terminal reporting the detection information to a base station. With the embodiments of the present document, the probability that the current transmission power of the terminal exceeds a maximum transmission power can be reduced, or the number of times of the power adjustment for the terminal can be reduced.

A method for sending a Buffer Status Report (BSR) is provided, which includes that: an Evolved Node B (eNB) sends an allocation rule for buffer data of a radio bearer which are to be allocated among eNBs to User Equipment (UE), the allocation rule including allocation proportion information or including allocation proportion information and an applicable condition of the allocation proportion information; and the eNB receives a BSR from the UE, the BSR being determined by the UE according to the allocation rule. Correspondingly, the embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an eNB, UE and a computer storage medium.

In the method for reporting the terminal capability, a terminal reports, to a base station, indication information for indicating that the terminal has a dual connectivity support capability. A terminal reports to a base station indication information for indicating that the terminal has a dual connectivity support capability, thereby solving the technical problem in the related art that the base station is incapable of learning a dual connectivity support capability of the terminal.

A random access method and device relate to the field of mobile communication, and solve the problem of triggering a random access procedure of a small cell. The method comprises a terminal detecting whether a small cell random access condition is satisfied at present; the terminal automatically initiating a random access procedure of a small cell when the small cell random access condition is satisfied. The technical scheme provided in the embodiments of the present document is applicable to the LTE system, and the random access mechanism of a small cell is achieved.

Provided are a network access system and method. The system comprises a control plane node which is connected with a UE via a radio interface, connected with an MME via an S1 interface, and configured to process control plane data; and a user plane node, connected with the UE via a radio interface, connected with an SGW via an Ss interface, and configured to process user plane data. It is solved the problem in the related art that a core network is impacted because of frequent information interaction among nodes due to the fact that a user switches among cells, and then achieves the effects of reducing the information interaction among the nodes and reducing the impact on a core network signalling.

The embodiments of the present document propose a method and apparatus for reporting and receiving a buffer status. The method includes: when a terminal judges that there is a split bearer or receives a notification transmitted by a base station that an additional buffer report is required to be reported, the terminal transmitting a Buffer Status Report (BSR) of the radio bearer to the base station; herein the BSR carries size information about buffer data and size information about additional buffer data of the radio bearer. The embodiments of the present document realize the reporting of a buffer status when there is a split bearer.
