    摘要: Provided are methods and apparatuses for communication in a personal area network. A method comprises transmitting, to a personal area network coordinator, joint information of a sensor device, wherein the joint information is indicated by reserved bits and includes a type, an overall successful channel access rate, and a latest node buffer occupation rate of the sensor device; receiving, from the personal area network coordinator, information regarding adjusted active duration and duty cycle of the communication of the sensor device, wherein the adjustments of the active duration and duty cycle are determined based upon the joint information; and performing further communication based upon the adjusted active duration and duty cycle. A further method comprises receiving, from a sensor device, joint information which is indicated by reserved bits and includes a type, an overall successful channel access rate, and a latest node buffer occupation rate of the sensor device; adjusting, based upon the joint information, an active duration and a duty cycle of the communication of the sensor device; and transmitting information regarding the adjusted active duration and the duty cycle to the sensor device. With the present invention, multimedia services in low rate and low power wireless sensor networks are supported.

    摘要: An exemplary technique is provided for communication in a personal area network. The technique includes transmitting, to a personal area network coordinator, joint information of a sensor device indicated by reserved bits and includes a type, a channel access rate, and a latest node buffer occupation rate of the sensor device; receiving, from the personal area network coordinator, information regarding adjusted active duration and duty cycle of the communication of the sensor device; and performing further communication based upon the adjusted active duration and duty cycle.     摘要: Methods for supporting migration of virtual machines across multiprotocol label switching network and corresponding devices are disclosed. A method for supporting migration of virtual machines across multiprotocol label switching network comprises the steps of: a first label edge router (LER) receiving a migration enablement function (MEF) discovery message from a first virtual machine that wishes to register with the first LER; the first LER updating its own virtual machine binding database to reflect binding of the first virtual machine to the first LER; and the first LER sending a MEF advertisement message to the first virtual machine to indicate that the first LER completes the registration of the first virtual machine. According to this invention, no complex registration hierarchy is needed. Furthermore, the virtual machine has no need to get aware of the registration hierarchy and only a few registration signaling and processes involve the virtual machine.

    摘要: In one embodiment, a first node as a source node obtains personal area network identifiers of the first node and a second node respectively; and then fills the personal area network identifiers of the first node and the second node and 6LoWPAN-message-type information in a 6LoWPAN data packet and sends them to the edge router. After receiving the 6LoWPAN data packet, the edge router judges 6LoWPAN-message-type information of the data packet. When the 6LoWPAN-message-type information indicates that the data packet is sent to another 6LoWPAN subnet, the 6LoWPAN data packet is encapsulated in an IP data packet and sent to a backbone network router. The backbone network router and the edge router of the subnet in which the destination node is located, respectively route the data packet according to the personal area network identifier of the destination address.
