摘要: A liquid crystal display (LCD) panel adapted to alleviate the separation issue between the pixel array substrate and the opposite substrate is provided. The LCD panel includes a pixel array substrate, a first sealant pattern, a liquid crystal layer, a second sealant pattern and an opposite substrate. The pixel array substrate has an active region and a peripheral region surrounding the active region. The first sealant pattern surrounds the active region. The liquid crystal layer is located on the active region and is located inside the first sealant pattern. The second sealant pattern is located outside the first sealant pattern, and the second sealant pattern includes at least one two-dimensional extending structure. The at least one two-dimensional extending structure is located outside a sidewall corresponding to the first sealant pattern, and includes a plurality of turning structures. The opposite substrate faces the pixel array substrate.

摘要: An onboard camera system for eliminating A-pillar blind areas of a mobile vehicle and an image processing method thereof are provided. The onboard camera system arranged on the mobile vehicle includes an image capturing device, a processor, and a display device. The image capturing device captures blind area images obscured by the A-pillars. The blind area images captured at a first time point and a second time point are called a first image and a second image, and a photoshooting angle of the image capturing device stays unchanged at the first and second time points. The processor receives the first and second images from the image capturing device. The processor obtains an image depth of an object based on the first and second images to further generate a third image. The display device displays the third image to enable a driver to see the scene obscured by the A-pillars.

摘要: The present invention discloses a light emitting element comprising a printed circuit board and a light emitting diode. The printed circuit board comprises a photosensitive solder resist layer. Materials of the photosensitive solder resist layer comprise a reflective material and at least one of a conductive nanoparticle and a photoluminescent material. The light emitting diode is disposed on the photosensitive solder resist layer of the circuit board, and is electrically connected to the printed circuit board. By adding at least one of the conductive nanoparticle and the photoluminescent material, the light emitting element of the present invention reduces the photodegradation of the solder resist layer, and improves the reflectivity of the photosensitive solder resist layer.

摘要: A method of generating binary positioning tags includes the following steps: generating a pseudo random sequence; circularly shifting the pseudo random sequence and sequentially filling in one of a plurality of odd rows and a plurality of even rows of a binary matrix, wherein a size of the binary matrix is M×N; filling a complement sequence of the pseudo random sequence in the other one of the plurality of odd rows and the plurality of even rows; and retrieving a binary submatrix having a size of I×J from the binary matrix according to a relative position of a positioning point to be used as a positioning tag corresponding to the positioning point, wherein I is smaller than M, and J is smaller than N. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a positioning tag that is highly secure, arrangement-unique, and easy to obtain and analyze.

摘要: An active device array substrate includes a substrate, first and second active devices, a gate insulation layer and an insulation barrier layer. The first and second active devices respectively includes first and second gate electrodes, first and second semiconductor blocks, first and second source electrodes, and first and second drain electrodes. A film layer of the second source electrode and the second drain electrode is the same with that of the first source electrode or the first drain electrode. The gate insulation layer is located between the first gate electrode and the first semiconductor block and between the second gate electrode and the second semiconductor block. The insulation barrier layer is disposed on the gate insulation layer, and covers the first semiconductor block. The insulation barrier layer has a first through hole for one of the first source electrode and the first drain electrode contacting the first semiconductor block.

摘要: The invention provides a forming method of a via hole, including: sequentially stacking a patterned first conductive layer, a first insulating layer, a patterned second conductive layer, and a second insulating layer on a substrate. The second conductive layer and the first conductive layer overlap in a normal direction of the substrate, such that the second insulating layer has a protrusion portion protruding away from the substrate. A photosensitive material layer covers the second insulating layer. The photosensitive material layer is exposed, wherein a depth of exposure is equal to a vertical distance from a top surface of the protrusion portion to a surface of the photosensitive material layer. The exposed photosensitive material layer is removed by development to form a first via hole exposing the second insulating layer. The exposed second insulating layer is etched to form a second via hole to expose the second conductive layer, and then the photosensitive material layer is removed. A manufacturing method of a pixel structure, using the forming method of the via hole, is also provided.
