    摘要: A wavelength conversion film including a phosphor layer and a light scattering layer is provided. The phosphor layer includes a first phosphor and a first substrate. The light scattering layer includes a plurality of titanium dioxide particles and a second substrate. The wavelength conversion film further includes a photoluminescence material and a plurality of nanoparticles. The photoluminescence material and the plurality of nanoparticles are located in at least one of the phosphor layer and the light scattering layer or respectively located in the phosphor layer and the light scattering layer. The wavelength conversion film of the invention may prevent the occurrence of photocatalytic effect and increase the light conversion efficiency.

    摘要: A display panel and a pixel circuit thereof are provided. The pixel circuit includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a capacitor, a storage capacitor and a pixel capacitor. A first terminal of the first transistor is coupled to a source line, and a control terminal thereof is coupled to a gate line. A first terminal of the second transistor is coupled to a second terminal of the first transistor, and a control terminal of the second transistor is coupled to the gate line.     摘要: The present invention discloses an encapsulation layer structure including a first organic layer, an inorganic thin film, and a second organic layer. The first organic layer has a bottom surface and a first wavy surface opposite to the bottom surface. The first wavy surface has a plurality of peak portions and a plurality of valley portions, and the peak portions and valley portions are alternately arranged with each other. The inorganic thin film is conformally disposed on the first wavy surface of the first organic layer, and the inorganic thin film has a second wavy surface opposite to the first wavy surface. The second organic layer is over the second wavy surface of the inorganic thin film. This encapsulation layer structure may prevent the penetration of oxygen and moisture effectively.

    摘要: A display panel includes a color filter substrate, a thin film transistor substrate, a first and a second black matrix layers, a colloid, a transparent electrode layer and a conductive adhesive. The first black matrix layer and the second black matrix layer are disposed on a first surface of the color filter substrate. The second black matrix layer is farther away from an edge of the color filter substrate relative to the first black matrix layer. A gap exists between the second and the first black matrix layers.
