The present invention provides a locating method, a drive test terminal and a hand-held terminal. Herein, the locating method comprises: a first terminal receiving an included angle value between a current advancing direction of a user and a due north direction, which is sent from a second terminal, wherein the first terminal is provided with a gyroscope, the second terminal is used to calculate the included angle value of the included angle between the current advancing direction and the due north direction according to the current advancing direction input by the user and a due north direction indication diagram, and send the included angle value to the first terminal; and the first terminal using the included angle value to correct an output angle of the gyroscope, so as to locate the first terminal. By the present invention, the directional angle may be accurately determined without using a magnetometer.

Disclosed is a method for compensation and restoring of a coverage area, for realizing energy saving and compensation between nodes. The coverage compensation method includes: judging whether or not the trigger condition for starting an energy saving and compensation process is satisfied according to a preset energy saving and compensation strategy; when the trigger condition for starting the energy saving and compensation process is satisfied, one of a first node and a second node carries out an energy saving operation in the energy saving and compensation process while the other node carries out a compensation operation in the energy saving and compensation process; wherein the first node is a compensation node and the second node is an energy saving node, or the first node is an energy saving node and the second node is a compensation node. Further disclosed is a device for implementing the method.

The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications. Disclosed are a physical cell identifier allocation method and an apparatus. In a scheme, when allocating a physical cell identifier, first determining a degree of interference of each type of an adjacent cell to a main cell for which a physical cell identifier needs to be allocated, and then performing allocation for the main cell based on a remainder value corresponding to a minimum degree of interference, thus implementing effective reduction of reference signal interference and improving effectiveness of reducing reference signal interference.

In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.
