摘要: A method of preparing alkali-activated cement by stepwise calcination with sodium chloride includes the following steps. (1) Sodium chloride, a silicate and a carbonate are mixed and finely ground to obtain a raw material powder. (2) The raw material powder is calcined sequentially at 850-1050° C. and 1240° C. or more, and cooled to obtain a clinker. (3) The clinker is mixed with at least one of sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide, and ground finely to produce a cement powder.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for identifying fragile lines in power grid based on electrical betweenness, which comprises the following steps: constructing the power grid into a network diagram, sequentially removing lines in the network diagram, and sorting the electrical betweenness of each line from large to small; constructing a nonlinear model of complex network cascade failure considering overload and weighted edges, and respectively performing two ways of removing lines for sorted electrical betweenness, namely sequentially removing preset proportion lines and sequentially removing all lines until no new lines are removed in the network diagram; obtaining a change of generator-load power before and after each line removal, and evaluating a severity of power grid failure based on the change of generator-load power, thus completing an identification of power grid fragile lines.

摘要: A method and system for controlling a vibration of a rotor in a turboshaft engine are provided. The method includes: establishing, based on a kinetic model for a rotor-casing system, a mapping matrix indicating a correspondence among an unbalance, an oil film clearance, and a vibration response; performing determination on a real-time vibration response, and skipping adjustment if the real-time vibration response is smaller than a response threshold; otherwise, approximately matching a real-time oil film clearance and the real-time vibration response with the mapping matrix to obtain a real-time unbalance; obtaining, based on the real-time unbalance and the mapping matrix, a preferred vibration response, and further obtaining a preferred oil film clearance; based on the preferred oil film clearance and the real-time oil film clearance, obtaining a clearance adjustment amount; generating a control signal based on the clearance adjustment amount, and performing adjustment based on the control signal.

摘要: Disclosed are a method and a device for manufacturing liquid hydrogen by offshore off-grid superconducting wind turbine. The method comprises the following steps: electrolyzing seawater to obtain hydrogen based on electric energy output by an offshore off-grid superconducting wind turbine generator, liquefying the hydrogen into prepared liquid hydrogen, and outputting a part of the liquid hydrogen as the refrigerant of the offshore off-grid superconducting wind turbine generator. The device comprises a liquid preparation platform, an offshore off-grid superconducting wind turbine generator, a seawater electrolysis unit, a hydrogen liquefaction unit and a liquid hydrogen storage unit, wherein the power ends of the seawater electrolysis unit and the hydrogen liquefaction unit are connected with the output end of the offshore off-grid superconducting wind turbine generator, and the hydrogen liquefaction unit is connected with the coolant input end of the offshore off-grid superconducting wind turbine generator.

摘要: A denoising optimization method for an AC traction motor by chamfering a stator tooth shoulder includes taking an angular vertex of the stator tooth shoulder as an end point, obtaining two points equidistantly along two sides of a stator tooth shoulder angle from the end point; and using the two points as tangent points D1 and D2 of the inscribed arc; making the inscribed arc of the tooth shoulder angle through the two tangent points D1 and D2, cutting off the tooth shoulder angle along the inscribed arc, and adjusting an oblique height HS1 of a stator tooth pole shoe. The invention obtains optimal values of a chamfering size and oblique height of a stator tooth slot pole shoe by adjusting the oblique height of the stator tooth pole shoe and adopting a particle swarm optimization algorithm.

摘要: Disclosed are a composite deck structure for a bridge, and a bridge structure and a construction method thereof. The composite deck structure includes a top plate (1), longitudinal ribs (2), and transverse ribs (3), where the longitudinal ribs (2) are fixedly connected to the transverse ribs (3), and are connected to the diaphragms (4) by means of the transverse ribs (3), and the transverse ribs (3) are not provided with cutouts for accommodating the longitudinal ribs (2). According to the composite deck structure, no cutout is provided on the diaphragms (4), and stress generated by the cutouts is reduced; hot-rolled section steel is used for longitudinal ribs (2) and transverse ribs (3) instead of welded steel plates, such that welding seams are reduced and fatigue resistance of the composite deck structure is improved.

摘要: A testing device for simulating frictional wear behaviors of threaded joints of a drill pipe under turbid seafloor environment, including a support, an oil cylinder, upper and lower specimens, a first motor, several second motors, stirring rods, a turbidity sensor, and a test tank. The oil cylinder and test tank are arranged on the support. A piston rod of the oil cylinder is connected to the first motor. A rotating-speed sensor is arranged on a bottom surface of the first motor, facing toward an output shaft of the first motor. The output shaft of the first motor is connected to an upper end of a torque limiter. A lower end of the upper specimen fits an upper end of the lower specimen under loading of a main shaft of the first motor. The stirring rods are provided at two sides of the test tank.

Also provided is a device for detecting the thicknesses of coating layers of the nuclear fuel particles.
