    摘要: The emergency stop switch 2 performs an operation support of an operation switch, and not only improves operability and safety but also simplifies the structure to enhance reliability. The emergency stop switch (or operation switch unit) 2 with an operation support function includes an emergency stop button (or operation switch) 21 for switching the state of the contact, a reception part (or detection part) 32 for detecting a remote operation of the emergency stop button 21 and an electromagnetic solenoid (or actuating part) 3 that is disposed between the contact and the emergency stop button 21 and that actuates the emergency stop button 21 on the basis of the remote operation received (or detected) by the reception part 32. The emergency stop button 21 is located on one end side of the emergency stop switch 2 and the contact is located on the other end side of the emergency stop switch 2.

The electric circuit has an element breakdown prevention circuit 10 having a first circuit terminal connected to an output terminal of the constant-current power supply 1 through the functional element 2, and a second circuit terminal connected to the reference potential terminal of the constant-current power supply 1 through the functional element 2. The element breakdown prevention circuit 10 increases an impedance between the circuit terminals to a disconnected state impedance in response to a transition from a connected state, in which the functional element 2 is mounted, to a disconnected state, in which the functional element 2 is removed. The element breakdown prevention circuit 10 decreases the impedance between the circuit terminals to a connected-state impedance in response to a connection state transition.

Since a link member, which directly and simultaneously switches the open-close conditions of normally-open and normally-closed switching contacts pursuant to the motion of a lock member, is provided, the open-close conditions of the normally-open and normally-close switching contacts can be switched reliably in a coupled manner with the motion of the lock member between the lock position and the unlock position. As a result, for example, by monitoring the open-close conditions of the normally-open and normally-close switching contacts, it is possible to determine to which of the lock position and the unlock position the lock member has moved, that is, which of the locked state and the unlocked state the rotation of the drive cam is in.

Even when a drive cam becomes capable of rotation since not less than one of a notch cut-out section and a lock member is broken by forcibly extracting an actuator with rotation of the drive cam locked, a cam curve section of the drive cam and an operating rod are in a normal condition and free of breakage. Accordingly, if the drive cam rotates in a counter-clockwise direction, normally-closed contacts of a contact section adopt an open condition normally, and even in situations where the actuator is withdrawn from the switch main unit with a force equal to or greater than the fracture strength of the safety switch, withdrawal of the actuator from the switch main unit can be detected in a sure and reliable manner.

The rotating member is operated for a single feeding operation, the jaw of the resilient cam follower is engaged with said gear so as to rotate the gear and increase the count by only one in the count number display.

    摘要: A cam of a safety switch rotates about a rotational shaft in accordance with an operation of inserting an actuator into an opening and an operation of withdrawing the actuator. A switch part includes an operation rod that reciprocates according to a rotation angle of the cam, and detects an insertion state where the actuator is inserted in the opening. In the insertion state, a locking member locks the actuator upon engagement with a part of the cam. When the operation of withdrawing the actuator is performed in a locked state of the actuator, the cam pushes the locking member in one direction, and the locking member pushes a part of a head case in the one direction. This improves locking strength of the safety switch.
