摘要: The present application relates to an endoscope apparatus including a shaft component with a proximal end and a distal end. The shaft component is arranged in an outer shaft. The endoscopy apparatus includes an image capture device having an objective lens for generating a real image and an image sensor for capturing the image and generating an image signal. The endoscopy apparatus includes a pivot joint device which couples the image capture device to the shaft component in a manner pivotable about two orthogonal axes but rigid in respect of a rotation about the longitudinal axis of the shaft component. The endoscopy apparatus includes a pivot control device to set a pivot position of the image capture device relative to the shaft component which depends on the rotational position of the image capture device and the shaft component relative to the outer shaft.

摘要: The invention relates to a holding device for a lithotripsy device for fragmenting calculi, the holding device comprising a housing with a distal end and a proximal end and a sonotrode being connectable to the distal end, arranged within the housing there being an acceleration tube with a longitudinal center axis, a cavity, a proximal end, and a distal end, and with a movable projectile within the cavity for shock excitation of the sonotrode, a proximal-side abutment element arranged at the proximal end, and a distal-side abutment element arranged at the distal end of the acceleration tube, and the holding device being assignable a force generation apparatus for generating a force for moving the projectile back and/or forth between the proximal-side abutment element and the distal-side abutment element, and a vibration excitation apparatus for exciting vibrations of the sonotrode being arranged in the housing, wherein the holding device comprises a vibration compensation apparatus with at least one mass and at least one spring element such that the vibration compensation apparatus makes it possible to decouple the acceleration tube from the excitation of vibrations by means of the vibration excitation apparatus. The invention also relates to a lithotripsy device for fragmenting calculi.

摘要: This application is directed to a medical instrument with a hollow shaft, an actuating unit at the proximal end and an instrument tip with an instrument at the distal end, the instrument actuated via an actuating element, the element being in connection with the actuating unit and the instrument tip being pivotable relative to the shaft via a joint mechanism; the joint mechanism having pivoting members with proximal-side drive via steering wires such that movement of the proximal-side drive causes movement of the distal-side pivoting members and pivoting of the instrument tip; and a trigger mechanism with which the steering wires can be brought into a relaxed state that releases the articulation of the instrument tip. In order for the medical instrument to be cleaned and ensure that the medical instrument is safely removed even if the proximal-side drive fails, the trigger mechanism is a purely mechanical trigger mechanism.

摘要: An endoscopic system (10) comprises an actuator (12) at a distal end (14) of the system (10), a manually operable actuating unit (18) at a proximal end (16) of the system (10), for actuating the actuator (12) and choosing an actuator force (F) by means of which the actuator (12) is intended to act on an object (20), the actuating unit (18) being displaceable between a start position and an end position, an actuator motor (24) designed to drive the actuator (12), and a control unit (30) designed to drive the actuator motor (24) initially on the basis of a position sensor (38) without exceeding a limit value (FTH) and then on the basis of a force sensor (40). Further, a method for driving an actuator (12) of an endoscopic system (10) is disclosed.

摘要: A keypad includes a support, a snap disk on a first side of the support transformable from a released state to a loaded state, a cover forming a seal over the first side, a pocket in the cover, a magnet and a plunger disposed in the pocket, the plunger adapted to engage and transform the snap disk to the loaded state, a magnetic field sensor on a second side of the support, the second side opposite the first side and logic circuitry adapted to obtain a value of a strength of a magnetic field from the sensor, compare the value against a predetermined threshold value that corresponds at least approximately to the strength of a magnetic field, and when the plunger has transformed the snap disk to the loaded state and the value reaches or exceeds the threshold value, output a signal indicating that a key press occurred.
