At least a part of the threads or fibers of the basic structure is formed from polyamide. According to the invention, the additional threads incorporated into the basic structure by means of knitting have polyolefin, particularly polypropylene, as their main component.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for the preferably continuous packaging of products, in particular foods, with or without an already stabilized inherent shape such as fresh meat, meat products and sausage products, sausage meat emulsion or similar products by encasing them on all sides with single-layer or multilayer films that can be fed from the web. According to the invention flexible films that can be deformed without the action of heating and are self-resetting, are used as bottom web films, wherein the bottom web films are temporarily deformed by the action of pressure in order to form troughs for receiving product. The respective product is introduced as portions into the trough and fixed there, wherein it is fixed by a top web film or covering film, optionally supported by a restrainer. When the action of pressure is released, preferably the bottom web film performs its resetting process and encloses the product thereby at least in part in such a manner that unwanted air inclusions are removed and also a certain product compaction occurs. Then, sealing between top and bottom web films is performed.

    摘要: A film laminate wound up to form a film roll, from which bags with an integrated handle are produced in a VFFS form-fill and seal bag machine. The film laminate is produced by coating a film web of an outer film with a lamination adhesive and applying a material web of a sealable film to the adhesive layer. The material web is pressed together with the film web and adhesive layer in a lamination gap between a lamination roller and a pressing roller. A reinforcement strip passed to the lamination gap contacts the adhesive layer, between the film web and the sealable film. The circumference surface of the pressing roller has a depression that is coordinated with the film thickness and the film width of the reinforcement strip, so that a uniform pressing pressure prevails in the lamination gap, over the entire width of the laminate.

    摘要: An elastic film, particularly for hygiene articles, has at least one layer that is produced extrusion of an elastomer polymer composition and subsequently cross-linked. The elastomer polymer composition contains a mixture of 40 to 90 parts by weight of a styrene block copolymer, 5 to 50 parts by weight of a plasticizer oil, and up to 10 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polymer. The layer of the elastomer polymer composition is cross-linked by treatment with electron beams. The elastomer polymer composition additionally contains 2 to 20 parts by weight of a reactive plasticizer that has a mole mass of less than 10,000 kg/kmol, is compatible with soft segments of the styrene block copolymer, and has functional acrylate groups.
