Abstract: An arthroplasty system for replacing a natural articular surface on a bone may include an arthroplasty prosthesis and a bone anchoring component. The arthroplasty prosthesis may include a joint-facing side having an articular surface and a bone-facing side having a first adjustable attachment feature. The bone anchoring component may include a bone engagement surface securable to a resected surface of the bone and a second adjustable attachment feature. The first adjustable attachment feature may be configured to movably mate with the second adjustable attachment feature to movably couple the bone anchoring component to the bone-facing side of the arthroplasty prosthesis.

Abstract: A method for replacing a natural articular surface on a bone may include movably mating a first adjustable attachment feature of an arthroplasty prosthesis with a second adjustable attachment feature of a bone anchoring component to movably couple the bone anchoring component to a bone-facing side of the arthroplasty prosthesis, securing a bone engagement surface of the bone anchoring component to a resected surface of the bone, and replacing the natural articular surface on the bone with an articular surface on a joint-facing side of the of the arthroplasty prosthesis.

Abstract: A retractor assembly may include a retractor removably coupled with a retractor handle. The retractor may include a handle connection feature, a retractor shaft, an arcuate projection having a convex retractor surface and a cutting shield surface, and a guide projection having an aperture shaped to receive at least a portion of a femoral condyle therein to position the retractor relative to a tibial plateau. The retractor handle may include a handle portion and a retractor connection feature. The retractor may be placed on a lateral side of a medial collateral ligament of a knee joint to retract the medial collateral ligament away from a tibial plateau of the knee joint and protect the medial collateral ligament during a tibial plateau resection procedure.

Abstract: A knee joint prosthesis may be for implantation in a knee of a patient. The knee prosthesis may comprise a tibial component configured to be implanted on the tibia and a femoral component configured to be implanted on the femur. Abstract: A knee arthroplasty system may have a femoral joint prosthesis with a femoral bone engagement surface with an anterior portion, a posterior portion, and a distal portion that connects the anterior portion to the posterior portion. A first femoral anchoring member may protrude from the distal portion, and may be connected to the anterior portion with a primary femoral web. A tibial resection guide may have a base member and a guide member with a slot that guides a cutting blade to resect the tibial plateau. The guide member may slide along an arcuate path relative to the base member.
