摘要: A method for assigning a processing plan to a mobile unit data set of a mobile unit of an indoor location system of a manufacturing hall is provided. The method includes: providing a manufacturing control system for industrial processing of workpieces with a machine tool in accordance with workpiece-specific processing plans, each processing plan storing order information for a workpiece to be processed, providing a mobile unit with an image acquisition unit for acquiring image data, mobile unit data set belonging to the mobile unit and position data of the mobile unit acquired with the indoor location system being stored in the manufacturing control system, acquiring image data of a processing plan-specific object for identifying the processing plan to be assigned with the manufacturing control system, and assigning the identified processing plan to the mobile unit data set of the mobile unit in the manufacturing control system.

In one aspect, a method includes generating images showing at least one operating range of the machine by using at least one camera of the machine, transmitting the generated images and an image of an operating surface of the machine to the communication device via a radio network, displaying at least one of: the operating surface image and at least one of the generated images on an operating display of the communication device, accepting machine operation commands input by an operator using the operating display, and then transmitting the machine operation commands via the radio network, thereby remotely operating the machine.

摘要: A method for transporting workpiece parts out of a cutting area of a laser cutting machine includes: moving a first holding device for holding workpiece parts along a first guide in a transporting direction transverse to a direction of movement of a laser cutting head, and moving a second holding device along a second guide in the transporting direction transverse to the direction of movement of the laser cutting head. First workpiece parts, which are cut within the cutting area from a first half of a workpiece, are transported from the cutting area into the storage area by the first holding device. Second workpiece parts, which are cut within the cutting area from a second half of the workpiece, are transported from the cutting area into storage area by the second holding device. The transportation of the first and second workpiece parts takes place in alternation.

摘要: A method for encoding a plate-like workpiece comprising: defining an encoding area; applying a magnetic layer to the surface of the workpiece; fusing parts of the magnetic layer to the surface of the workpiece by acting on the workpiece with radiation within the encoding area; cooling the workpiece; removing the non-fused parts of the magnetic layer. The method permits the workpieces to be trackable in a simple manner, irrespective of surface treatments that may possibly be carried out or are to be carried out later.

摘要: The disclosure relates to methods and systems for piercing, drilling, or cutting metal workpieces in a laser processing operation. The methods include focusing a pulsed laser beam onto a processing location on a workpiece; detecting process radiation emitted from the processing location; determining an intensity of the process radiation at a plurality of temporally sequential times during pulse pauses; determining an intensity gradient of the process radiation; comparing the intensity gradient with a gradient threshold value; and detecting a spontaneous material removal on the workpiece when the number of times the gradient threshold value has been exceeded is above a predetermined limit value. When a spontaneous material removal is detected, the system changes one or both of a laser parameter and a processing parameter of the laser processing operation. The disclosure also relates to processing machines for carrying out the methods.
