    摘要: A thermostatic cartridge includes: a casing at least partially within and locked translationally along an axis a cartridge body that delimits a chamber, a hot and cold fluid inlet passages and a mixed fluid outlet passage; a slide valve regulating the temperature of the mixed fluid displaceable along the axis to close, in inverse proportions, the inlet passages; a thermostatic element; and a mechanism for adjusting a thermostatic regulation temperature mechanically and displaceably connected to the body and to secure the position of the piston of the element along the axis and to alter the piston position by actuating the adjustment mechanism to move relative to the body. To control the regulation temperature, the casing is rotationally mounted on the body such that the adjustment mechanism is actuated when the casing is between positions-corresponding to extreme low and high temperature values.

    摘要: The cartridge comprises a slide valve for regulating the temperature of a mixture of hot and cold fluids. The slide valve is, under the action of a thermostatic element and in relation to an outer casing of the cartridge, which can be displaced along the central axis of the casing in such a way as to vary inversely the respective flow sections of an inlet for a first of the fluids, delimited axially between the casing and one of the two opposite axial surfaces of the slide valve, and of an inlet for the second fluid, delimited axially between the casing and the other axial surface of the slide valve. Therefore the cartridge can, effectively and economically, provide a good mixture of the two fluids, a flow passage.

The movement of the sleeve along its axis is controlled by a thermostatic element. In order to improve the maximum flow of fluid that the valve can take in, the valve further includes a seat part, which is fixedly mounted in the housing and which includes a fluid-tight wall. One of the two opposite surfaces of the wall extends transversally to the axis of the sleeve and defines a seat bearing the sleeve. The other one of these two opposite surfaces defines, between it and a wall of the housing according to the direction of the axis of the sleeve, a free volume wherein exists one of the openings and via which the fluid flows, being distributed over the entire periphery of the sleeve when this sleeve is in its open position.
