摘要: A downforce control system for a finishing frame of a tillage implement includes a controller having a processor and a memory. The controller is configured to receive a sensor signal indicative of vibration of the finishing frame. The finishing frame is configured to be movably coupled to a main frame of the tillage implement and to be urged toward a surface of soil via application of a frame downforce from a frame downforce actuator. The controller is also configured to compare a magnitude of the vibration to a maximum threshold magnitude. Furthermore, the controller is configured to output an information signal to a user interface indicative of the frame downforce applied to the finishing frame being insufficient and/or control the frame downforce actuator to increase the frame downforce applied to the finishing frame in response to determining the magnitude of the vibration is greater than the maximum threshold magnitude.

摘要: An agricultural implement (1) for soil working, comprising a frame (10, 101, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e), a number of ground-engaging tools (12, 13) carried by the frame, at least one rolling ground support (11a, 11b), the height position of which is adjustable relative to the frame, a height sensor (31) for contact-free measuring of the height position of the frame relative to a ground surface (G1), and a control unit (15), arranged to receive a signal from the height sensor (31) and to control the height position of the rolling ground support (11a, 11b). At least one of the tools (12, 13) is resilient relative to the frame (10, 101, 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d, 10e). A tool position sensor (32) is arranged to measure the orientation of the tool (12, 13), and the control unit (15) is arranged to receive a signal from the tool position sensor (32) and to calculate a work depth for said tool (12, 13) based on the signal from the height sensor (31) and based on the signal from the tool position sensor (32). Furthermore, a method of determining the work depth of a soil-working agricultural implement is shown.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method for adjusting a working depth of a plough implement, the plough implement comprising a plurality of ground engaging tools for penetrating and moving soil and a depth adjustment apparatus configured to adjust a working depth of at least one of the ground engaging tools, wherein the method comprises receiving control-data indicative of at least one of an operation the plough implement or a field condition of a field across which the plough implement is moved; and automatically controlling an operation of the depth adjustment apparatus in a manner that adjusts a working depth of the at least one ground engaging tool on the basis of the control-data received.

摘要: A tool carrier has a carrier frame and ground tools, and a front end of the carrier frame is connected to a wheel supported tool bar frame. A crank arm is pivotally attached to the tool bar frame about a crank axis oriented horizontally and perpendicular to an operating direction. A front end of the carrier frame is pivotally attached to the crank arm about a carrier axis parallel to the crank axis, and a hydraulic cylinder attached between the crank arm and the tool bar moves the tool carrier from an upward transport orientation to a rearward extending horizontal operating orientation, and maintains the tool carrier horizontal while moving it from a headland position above the ground to a working position where the tools penetrate the ground. When the tool carrier assembly is in the working position, the hydraulic cylinder exerts a downward bias force on the tool carrier.

摘要: An agricultural implement system includes a down force cylinder configured to apply a downward force to a row unit, and a depth control cylinder configured to vary a penetration depth of a ground engaging tool of the row unit. The agricultural implement system also includes a valve assembly in fluid communication with the down force cylinder and the depth control cylinder. The valve assembly is configured to automatically adjust the downward force by varying fluid pressure within the down force cylinder based on fluid pressure within the depth control cylinder.

摘要: An agricultural row unit includes an attachment frame adapted to be rigidly connected to a towing frame, and a linkage assembly pivotably coupled to the attachment frame to permit vertical pivoting movement of the linkage assembly relative to the attachment frame. The row unit further includes a hydraulic actuator coupled to the linkage assembly for urging the linkage assembly downwardly toward the soil, and a hose connection manifold mounted adjacent to the hydraulic actuator for circulating hydraulic fluid between a hydraulic source and the hydraulic actuator. The hose connection manifold has a modular port for accepting, one at a time, a removable control valve and a port plug.
