摘要： A riding mower including two mower blades that rotate to mow grass and generate air flows, the two mower blades including a left mower blade and a right mower blade, a mower deck, two motors that rotate the respective mower blades and a controller is provided. The left and right mower blades being provided adjacent to each other and one of the left and right mower blades being disposed obliquely in front of the other mower blade. The riding mower generates a combined air flow and discharges mowed grass to the outside of the mower deck together with the combined air flow. The controller controls such that a difference between the rotational speeds of the left and right mower blades is changed at a predetermined period and the mowed grass is discharged to the rear of the mower deck uniformly in a lateral direction of the mower deck.

摘要： A walk power mower has a mower deck that encloses a pair of rotary cutting blades with the grass clippings from the blades being discharged through a rearwardly extending grass discharge tunnel in a rear bagging mode of operation. The blades are powered by a timed drive system that is carried by a horizontal apron that is part of a cast aluminum engine mount. The engine mount and the apron are bolted to a stamped steel deck shell that forms the cutting chamber in which the blades rotate. The mower has a side discharge mode in which a side discharge chute is releasably mounted over a side discharge opening. The chute carries a flow cutoff baffle having an inwardly protruding inner end that sticks through the side discharge opening to intercept and direct the clippings out through the side discharge opening and through the chute in the side discharge mode.

摘要： A disc mower conditioner utilizing a modular disc cutterbar to sever standing crop material by impact action. The side sheets of the disc mower conditioner are provided with a rolling crop divider that can be an optional attachment. The rolling crop divider is constructed as a series of overlapping rolling coulters mounted to the side sheet by bearings to enhance the rolling operation of the coulters. The rolling coulters effectively divide the crop material to direct tall and entangled crops into the header to be severed by the rotating knives. The coulters are arranged in a trailing orientation to present a curved leading edge that is highly effective in directing tall, entangled or viney crops downwardly into engagement with the adjacent disc cutter.

摘要： A pull-type mower conditioner includes a crop harvesting header vertically movable relative to the frame of the mower conditioner between a raised transport position and a lowered operative position, a lift mechanism to effect the movement of the crop harvesting header relative to the frame, and a transport latch mechanism to control the locking of the lift mechanism in the transport position. The transport latch mechanism has a biasing lever operably positionable between locking and unlocking positions. An extension spring is connected to the biasing lever to bias the lever in the selectable positions. The transport latch will not engage whenever the header is moved to the transport position to avoid an obstacle unless the biasing lever is moved to the lock position. Once the biasing lever is adjusted to bias the transport latch into the lock position, the raising of the header into the transport position will actuate the transport latch and lock the lift mechanism from returning the header to the lowered position. The lift linkage incorporates a cam mechanism that serves as an upper flotation limit under normal operating conditions and automatically converts into a device for securing the header in the transport position when the header is moved into the transport position.

The spreading device includes a crop divider of a unique shape and configuration which extends in front of the forward mowing direction of the mower and which is positioned between the two mower drums, or between each pair of mower drums in a large scale mower. The crop divider includes two fins extending in an angled relationship with respect to a main body portion thereof forming a Y-shaped configuration when viewed from the top. A pair of feeder chains is connected to each of the drum mowers in the pair for moving the cut crop through the mower and adjacent to the crop divider fins.

摘要： A rotary mower has at least two mower assemblies each with a vertical cylindrical drum bearing at its lower end a plurality of outwardly projecting blades. These drums are mounted below a support beam and rotated in opposite directions about their axes so as to cut a standing crop and then project it back between them. A deflecting plate is mounted behind at least one of the assemblies on the support and has a bent over forward edge which lies immediately adjacent to the body and the blade orbit and extends counter to the sense of rotation of the mower. This plate can pivot upwardly freely to prevent blockages and is inclined to the direction of travel of the mower to form a windrow from the rearwardly cast crop material.
