    摘要: A process for making a frozen confectionery product by providing a mold with closed and opened ends in a refrigerated environment, filling the mold with a liquid mix to form a shell, removing non-solidified liquid mix from the mold, pressure-filling the shell in the mold with a frozen confection, inserting a stick in the frozen confection, removing the product from the mold and packing the resulting product. In such process, inclusions may be homogeneously distributed in the liquid mix or in the frozen confection or can be accumulated on the top of the frozen confection after filling the mold. The resulting product, a molded ice confectionery stick bar, is also an embodiment of the invention.

    摘要: A deformable container for single serving of a viscous or semi-solid product from an associated dispensing machine, the deformable container having a cylindrical or conical shape with two opposing end walls and at least one collapsible side wall connecting the first and second end walls, wherein one end wall is provided an opening with a cover through which the product is dispensed from the container. The collapsible side wall may have a cylindrical shape with a plurality of pleats arranged in an accordion-like shape, and be configured to collapse on itself into a substantially flattened position while maintaining a vertical alignment of each pleat. The collapsible side may be conical with a plurality of pleats arranged in a corrugated-like shape, and be configured to collapse on itself into a substantially flattened position wherein the pleats are arranged horizontally next to each other. The container may additionally include a lock mechanism for maintain the flattened shape.

The invention also provides a process for the production of a composite frozen product in a container, the product being comprised of a frozen confection within an edible casing, the process comprising the steps of: at least partially filling the container with particles of a casing material having an average diameter of at most 3 mm; inserting a forming element into the container, the forming element having an external surface corresponding to the internal shape of the container, and being further characterised by a passage running through the forming element from an upper opening to a lower opening; removing excess casing material from the passage of the forming element; removing the forming element; and then at least partially filling the container with a frozen confection.
