摘要： A portable device for monitoring vascular access status is disclosed. The portable device comprises a measurement device and a monitoring module. The measurement device senses vibration data induced by blood flow over certain part of a vascular access of a subject via a vibration-sensing module, and sends the sensed data to outside via its communication module. The monitor module controls an electronic device to receive the sensed data and determines a vibration evaluation index corresponding to a status of the part of the vascular access. The portable device for monitoring vascular access status of the present disclosed example has advantages of small size, easy to carry, low cost, and so on, so as to be applicable to home vascular access status monitor.

摘要： Needle support assembly for a venous blood collection device with evacuated vial, comprising a support body having a coupling seat for a vein needle and coupling seat for a vial needle. The support body is provided with an inner chamber having an entrance and an exit. The support body is made at least partially in transparent or semi-transparent material to permit the visualization of the blood flow. The inner chamber has a mean cross-section greater than the cross-sections of both the coupling seats and is divided into compartments communicating with each other which define one or more channels for the blood flow from the entrance to the exit. Each channel defines a path for the blood which moves away from the entrance to the exit. Each channel defines a path for the blood which moves away from the straight line connecting the entrance and the exit and has a smaller cross-section than the mean cross-section of the inner chamber.

摘要： An image guided autonomous needle insertion device including a delivery system, a path planner, an image processor, and a human machine interface. The system also includes an ultrasound probe in communication with a frame grabber, a percutaneous insertion device, and at least a first actuator for moving the percutaneous insertion device within a first degree of freedom and a second actuator for moving the percutaneous insertion device within a second degree of freedom. Each actuator has a corresponding position sensor for detecting its location with respect to a target. The system can further comprise an image processor for removing noise and segmenting the ultrasound images to highlight potential targets.

摘要： The invention relates to a medical removal unit (1) for blood, comprising a needle carrier (2), at least one cannula (3), which has a distal and a proximal cannula segment (6, 7), and a hose-shaped sleeve (4), which has a closed sleeve end (12) and an open sleeve end (11). The sleeve (4) is fastened to a proximal needle-carrier end (10) by means of the open sleeve end (11) and surrounds the proximal cannula segment (7) in a sealing manner in such a way that an accommodating chamber (13) is formed. An air removal device (14) connects the accommodating chamber (13) to the outer environment in order that air flows out of the accommodating chamber and is formed by at least one outflow channel (15) arranged or formed in the needle carrier (2). A partial segment of the outflow channel (15) comprises a plurality of chambers (27, 28, 29) arranged one after the other and spaced apart from each other in an outflow direction and at least one connecting channel (30, 31) that connects chambers (27, 28, 29) arranged immediately adjacent in the outflow direction. The connecting channel has a flow cross-section that allows the air to flow through but at least largely prevents or completely stops the bodily fluid, in particular blood, from flowing through.

The piston is arranged in a clamping groove of the core rod; the outer sleeve is sleeved on the core rod and the piston; the piston and the outer sleeve are in interference fit; inner holes of the needle, the needle hub, the core rod and the blood taking needle are communicated; the core rod and the outer sleeve are made of transparent materials; blood backflow is judged by blood flowing in a passage in the core rod; and after blood taking is completed, a medical worker presses a blood taking position of the blood taking needle with one hand, presses the outer sleeve with a finger of the other hand and pulls the needle guard to move back with other fingers of the other hand, so that a snap ring of the core rod enters a slot of the outer sleeve and is locked, and the blood taking needle is hidden in a cylinder of the outer sleeve, and thus the aim of safety is fulfilled.

The assembly includes a pivoting safety shield engaged with a portion of the housing, which is transitionable from a retracted position in which the patient end of the cannula is exposed, to an extended position in which the patient end of the cannula is shielded by at least a portion of the safety shield. The safety shield includes at least one locking tab releasably engageable with the safety shield engagement, wherein the locking tab is fixedly engageable with a portion of the housing in the extended position.

As such, the flash chamber can collect a sample of blood that can be accessed when the flash chamber is removed.
