摘要： [Problem] The present invention provides a dental treatment implement with an anomaly site detection function, capable of accurately detecting an anomaly site on a tooth and gingiva (marginal part) in an oral cavity using an image, accurately treating the site on the basis of the image, and performing MI and PMTC in an efficient and reliable manner.[Solution] The present invention includes: a micromotor handpiece 1 with an anomaly site detection function, the micromotor handpiece 1 being a dental treatment implement for treating an anomaly site in an oral cavity: a color camera module group 21 including a plurality of color camera modules 21A, 21B, and 21C, wherein each color camera module is constructed by integrating a light emission means including a light source unit 21A, 27B, or 27C for at least emitting excitation light for producing fluorescent light at an anomaly site in the oral cavity and an image pick-up means for picking up an image of the anomaly site and surrounding sites in the oral cavity as a color image, wherein the wavelengths of the excitation light emitted from the light source units 27A, 27B, and 27C are different from each other, and wherein, one of the color camera modules is detachably mounted in a specific position on the micromotor handpiece 1 with the anomaly site detection function; and a light emission/image pick-up optical system 10 for radiating the excitation light from the light source unit 27A, 27B; or 27C of the color camera module 21A, 21B, or 21C mounted in the specific position coward the anomaly site and guiding the fluorescent light produced at the anomaly site to a camera unit 31 of the color camera module 21A, 21B, or 21C.

摘要： An apparatus including a transducer head and a motion transfer member, and a method for rupturing connective tissues that attach a tooth to an alveolar bone socket are provided. The transducer head generates and transfers vibrational and tapping movements to the motion transfer member. The motion transfer member, extending from the transducer head via a neck of a transducer assembly, includes a ball projection and a flexible member. The ball projection connected to a distal end of the neck transfers the generated vibrational and tapping movements received from the transducer head to the tooth. The flexible member housing and surrounding the ball projection contacts a tooth surface and generally conforms to a shape of the tooth to distribute the generated vibrational and tapping movements uniformly in multiple directions on the tooth to rupture the connective tissues and allow the tooth to be loosened and removed from the alveolar bone socket.

摘要： A dental handpiece has a head section, a neck section, a grip section connected to the grip section, and a drive unit connected to the grip section. The handpiece also has detent means for preventing relative rotation between the neck and grip sections. The detent means includes a detent pin arranged axially slidably in the grip section, spring means for biasing the pin proximally so that the distal end of the pin is arranged inside the grip section in a rest position, and catch means formed at the proximal end of the neck section for receiving the pin for engagement. When the drive unit is brought into connection to the grip section, the pin is pressed distally to project out of the grip section into engagement in the catch means, to thereby prevent relative rotation between the neck section and the grip section.
