    摘要: A collapsible air isolation apparatus is disclosed. The apparatus may include a collapsible frame including a base and a set of rigid panel elements at least partially enclosing a volume of space, where the set of rigid panel elements is foldably hinged to at least one of the base or another of the rigid panel elements, and where at least one panel of the set of rigid panel elements comprises an open space for mounting a motor for moving air. The apparatus may include the motor for moving air configured to create a negative pressure within the volume of space of the collapsible frame.

The negative-pressure shield device comprises a shield main body that is installed in a patient compartment of an ambulance, includes a ceiling part and a peripheral wall part, and covers at least the head of a patient on a stretcher mounted in the patient compartment, and a connection part which communicates with the interior of the shield main body and connects to a ventilation opening provided in the patient compartment.

    摘要: Completely self-contained and self-supported mobile isolation and containment unit (ICU) facilities are disclosed that can be transported on roads and highways to a location in need of an isolation facility and rapidly deployed to provide isolation and treatment. In some embodiments, exemplary ICUs can safely provide isolation and treatment to a level that meets or exceeds “bricks and mortar” hospital isolation and containment facilities and any applicable regulations. In some examples, the mobile ICUs include sophisticated heating ventilation and air Conditioning (HVAC) systems that can separately maintain areas within the facility at different levels of pressure to ensure contaminated air does not escape the facility. And the mobile ICUs may also incorporate a multiple-vestibule with airlock design for ensuring safe entry and exit from the facility. The mobile ICUs disclosed herein may also include automated decontamination systems for disinfecting and/or sterilizing spaces within the facility.
