    摘要: A sewage treatment device includes a stirring structure, a filter box, a tank filter, and a detection structure which are connected in sequence. Conveying pipelines are connected to an exterior of the stirring structure to convey sewage to an interior of the stirring structure. First water pumps are connected to the conveying pipelines to provide conveying power. An upper-layer stirrer assembly, a lower-layer stirrer assembly and a rotating shaft configured to install the upper-layer stirrer assembly and the lower-layer stirrer assembly are arranged in the interior of the stirring structure. A lifting driving cylinder drives the upper-layer stirrer assembly and the lower-layer stirrer assembly to move up and down. The upper-layer stirrer assembly includes an engaging block axially engaged with the rotating shaft and stirring blades arranged around the periphery of the engaging block at equal intervals.

    摘要: An engine oil filter is provided that comprises a transparent sidewall for inspecting the oil content within the oil filter interior. The oil filter comprises an oil filter housing with a filter element, a center tube, a base plate, and a biasing member that maintains the filter element in position within the filter housing. The filter housing has a sidewall that comprises a transparent material, thereby allowing inspection of the oil within the filter without having to first remove the filter from an engine. Also provided is an oil condition indicator that allows a user to compare the color of the oil within the oil filter housing to one or more oil reference markers. The oil condition indicator is used to determine when the oil has reached its usable life and when the oil must be replaced.

A filter element has a filter media for filtering the fluid, a bottom end cap connected to the fluid outlet, and a top end cap positioned above the bottom end cap. A mounting member is formed on the top end cap, and a vent passage extends through the mounting member for fluid communication between an interior and an exterior of the filter element. An interface structure is connected to cover the upright housing and is removably engageable with the mounting member of the filter element.

    摘要: A line strainer for screening fluid flow in a small diameter conduit is constructed with an integral housing of clear or transparent thermoplastic polymer. A fluid flow channel through the housing center is terminated at opposite ends by sonically welded end fittings. Internally of the housing, a screen chamber is separated from a flow meter chamber by a screen support hub with flow diversion passages. The screen chamber confines a conically formed screen mesh for passing substantially all flow through the housing. The flow meter chamber has conically tapered walls that support radial fins projecting from the walls inwardly to a cylindrical void that confines the metering ball to displacement along the housing axis. A spring bearing against the metering ball resiliently biases the ball toward the flow restriction passage and against the fluid flow direction. The spring bias and conically tapered meter walls cooperate with the flow stream and metering ball to stabilize at a position along the housing axis that is proportional to the flow rate through the screen. As the screen mesh fills to increase flow stream resistance, the metering ball approaches the flow restriction passage signaling a reduced flow rate. The degree of plugging or filling of the screen mesh is therefore indicated by the relative position of the metering ball for a substantially constant pressure source. Additionally, pump performance or system blockage could also be detected by the ball position in the flow meter chamber.

The annular joint is formed by an annular trough in the cover plate, which annular trough has a lip which overlies a radial flange on the transparent plastic container. A filter element is disposed within the container and is urged by a coil spring against an end plate which abuts the cover plate. The end plate has a threaded central outlet opening and a plurality of spaced inlet openings which are accessed through a recess in the cover plate. The spin-on filter assembly is mounted in the coolant system of an internal combustion engine by a hollow threaded stud.

    摘要: A readily serviceable ancillary fluid filtration system has a visual flow rate meter (10) and a quick-release fluid hose fitting (132). The flow rate meter includes a torsionally resistant element such as a bifilar wire (56) that operatively connects an impeller (24) to a housing (14) to bias the impeller to resist its angular displacement at a position that is indicative of the incoming fluid flow rate. The impeller has a surface with angularly spaced color-coded regions (72, 74, 76) that change their positions relative to a window (12) in the housing. An observer can view through the window the color of the impeller and thereby ascertain the incoming fluid flow rate. The quick-release fitting attaches to and receives fluid flowing from a manually actuatable diverter body (130) that is attachable to a faucet waterspout (104). The fitting carries a pivotally mounted lever arm (168) that functions as a manually actuatable push tab-release mechanism. A user squeezes the free end (182) of the lever arm to release a hooked end (166) thereof from a flange (158) extending from the body and either inserts tubes (174, 176) into or withdraws the tubes from the diverter conduits (152, 154). The flow rate meter and the diverter are in fluid communication with a manifold (200) that is releasably securable to a cartridge filter (198) that includes a filter element (204) enclosed in a housing (202) covered by an end cap (208) having an inlet tube (210) and an outlet tube (212) that are matable with a push-in fitting (226) in at least one of the outlet and inlet of the manifold. A lever mechanism (230) pivotally mounted to the manifold pushes against the push-in fitting in response to a force applied to the lever by a user to separate the housing from the manifold.
