    摘要: The present invention relates to a crushing device comprising a jaw crusher provided with two jaws, at least one jaw of which moves reciprocally toward the other jaw and away from the other jaw in use, a supply device for supplying material to be crushed to the jaw crusher and a discharge device for discharging crushed material. The crushing device comprises a housing that encloses the jaw crusher, a ventilation device provided with air outlet openings that open into the crushing space, by means of which ventilation device air can be blown under pressure between the jaws of the jaw crusher device, and an exhaust device, which exhausts air mixed with fine material produced by the jaw crusher from the housing. The exhaust device is configured to convey the fine material mixed with the air to a collecting location. The invention further relates to a method for crushing material by means of such a crush device.

The pill crusher provided by the present invention has the advantages of labor saving, high efficiency, quietness, convenient maintenance and cleaning and the like.

The disks are rotatably located over the substrate, each disk having an outer circumference with teeth thereon. The first disk is positioned to interleave one or more of its teeth with the teeth of the second disk. The substrate includes a channel with an exit port located near the teeth of one of the disks. Another apparatus comprises at least one disk rotatably located over a substrate and in a well of the substrate, the disk having an outer circumference with teeth thereon. The disk is positioned to provide a maximum distance of less than about 10 microns between each one the teeth and a nearest wall defining the well. The substrate includes a channel with an exit port located near the teeth of the disk.

    摘要: A crushing apparatus includes a substantially U-shaped spring member having a first beam portion having a first free end, a second beam portion having a second free end, and a fixed center portion. The first and second free ends are in opposed, spaced relation with each other. A first crushing mass is positioned on the first free end, and a second crushing mass is positioned on the second free end of the spring member. An exciter is configured to excite the first and second beam portions at about a common first modal frequency. When so excited, the first and second crushing masses reciprocally converge and diverge such that material positioned between the crushing masses is at least partially crushed therebetween.

    摘要: Brittle material (1) is ground batchwise as a bed of particles by compression between non-yielding hard surfaces at a pressure of at least 50 MPa. In order to reduce the energy requirement and machine expenditure needed for fine, superfine and microfine comminution, the bed of particles is subjected to repeated stressing by pistons (4) in different directions and at least in part successively. The stressing preferably is accomplished by groups of two opposed pistons (4), which are offset at an angle with respect to each other and which are rendered active one after the other. The stressing is repeated in another plane of the grinding chamber. Wet grinding is carried out in a closed grinding chamber from which the liquid expelled from the voids between the particles being ground can drain through at least one aperture of narrow cross section.
