    摘要： One of a setting dissolved oxygen concentration and a setting atmosphere oxygen concentration is determined based on a required etching amount. Thereafter, based on the required etching amount and the one of the determined setting dissolved oxygen concentration and setting atmosphere oxygen concentration, the other of the setting dissolved oxygen concentration and the setting atmosphere oxygen concentration is determined. A low oxygen gas whose oxygen concentration is equal or approached to the determined setting atmosphere oxygen concentration flows into a chamber that houses a substrate. Furthermore, an etching liquid whose dissolved oxygen is reduced such that its dissolved oxygen concentration is equal or approached to the determined setting dissolved oxygen concentration is supplied to the entire region of the upper surface of the substrate held horizontally.

    摘要： The present invention has an object to provide a cylindrical printing substrate having a highly accurate thickness and surface smoothness suitable for printing. The present invention is a method of manufacturing a cylindrical printing substrate containing a photosensitive resin cured layer, comprising the steps of: (i) forming a spiral coating layer by applying the photosensitive resin on a cylindrical support body by a spiral coating method; (ii) forming an application layer made of the spiral coating layer having a uniform surface by bringing a doctor blade into contact with the spiral coating layer and having the spiral coating layer pass through a gap formed by the doctor blade and the cylindrical support body outer circumferential surface and then, of separating the doctor blade from the application layer; and (iii) forming the photosensitive resin cured layer by light-curing the application layer, in which the doctor blade is brought into contact with the spiral coating layer from below the cylindrical support layer and then, the doctor blade is separated downward, a manufacturing device for use in the manufacturing method.

    摘要： In a solution treatment apparatus, a nozzle for discharging a treatment solution toward a substrate held by a spin chuck includes a discharge opening for discharging the treatment solution on a surface of the substrate. A collision body against which the treatment solution discharged from the nozzle collides is disposed between the discharge opening of the nozzle and the substrate. Since the collision body is disposed between the discharge opening and the substrate, even when the discharge pressure of the treatment solution is high, the discharged treatment solution once collides against the collision body so that the discharge speed on reaching the substrate is reduced, damage to the substrate is eased, and the amount of air entering into the discharged treatment solution is decreased. Accordingly, no micro-bubble occurs.

    摘要： A packaging machine wherein a web of paperboard is continuously drawn along a defined path, under a loading device by which articles or products to be packaged are successively deposited upon the web to be carried thereby through a certain or sheet of molten thermoplastic resin which debouches for downwardly opening nozzle, to lay itself onto and form a covering film on the web and over any articles or products thereon. The mouth of the nozzle is a slit which extends transversely across a vacuum chamber by which any space between the close to the web while its mid-portion is spaced much farther from the web. The film covered web then travels across a vacuum chamber by which any space between the covering film and the web is evacuated and the film drawn tightly over the articles or products and against the web. A series of closely spaced parallel rollers across the top of the vacuum chamber with their axes transverse to the web supports the web, and certain of the rollers are driven to draw the web through the machine. Beyond the vacuum chamber, the web with the covered articles or products thereon enters a guillotine type cutoff station where it is cut into discrete units each of which is a complete package.
