    摘要: After holding a metal pipe 10 using a clamping die 5, a primary formed portion 11a corresponding to the preforming surface portion 5c is formed on the metal pipe 10 by pressing an end portion of the metal pipe 10 with a pressing die 6 in a direction of a cylinder center line C1. A final formed portion 11b is formed on the metal pipe 10 by moving an outer forming die 7 to press an outer circumferential surface of the metal pipe 10 with the outer forming die 7 after aligning a rib portion 7c with the primary formed portion 11a, while moving an inner forming die 8 to press an inner circumferential surface of the metal pipe 10 with the inner forming die 8 after aligning a recessed groove portion 8c with the primary formed portion 11a.

    摘要: A manufacturing method for a screw-threaded bottle-can including the steps of: forming a shoulder part, a pipe part, a tapered part and an aperture-end part above a trunk part; and forming a screw-thread part by an inner mold and an outer mold in which the pipe part is sandwiched therebetween. An outer diameter of the pipe part is formed to an intermediate diameter between a ridge diameter and a bottom diameter of the screw-thread part. The screw-thread part is formed from the tapered part to the pipe part so as to form a screw-starting part at an intermediate position of the tapered part. A height of a first step of a right-hand screw-type protrusion of the inner mold is formed to be lower than a height of a second and subsequent steps in an angle range of 90° circumferentially continuing from the screw-starting part.

    摘要: A conversion system wherein a crankshaft drives the motion of the tooling assemblies within a number of lanes is provided. The crankshaft is structured to move the tooling assemblies associated with less than the total number of lanes. That is, for example, a four lane conversion press could include two crankshafts each actuating the tooling assemblies of two lanes. In an exemplary embodiment, each lane has a single associated crankshaft. The conversion system includes a multiple press drive assembly with a clutch/brake assembly and a flywheel assembly. The clutch/brake assembly is structured to suspend operation of the press units while the flywheel assembly stores energy in a flywheel. When operation of the press units is restarted, energy from the flywheel aids the motor in bringing the press units to an operating speed.

The present invention provides an apparatus for processing a sealing lip of a metallic can comprising: a pressurization block which is lifted and lowered by a lifting means to elastically provide pressure downward; an interlocking means which moves downward step by step by the pressure of the pressurization block and has a coupling relation in which the means stops at stages in the level difference structure of a base so as to be held; and a lip processing member which presses the sealing lip to the inside and outside of a bottle neck of the metallic can while interlocking due to the movement of the interlocking means, and provides a metallic can wherein a notch groove is processed at a beading part by the apparatus for processing a sealing lip of a metallic can.

Such an adhesive patch is arranged on the foil section of each lid in a position where the folded back tear-off tab comes to lie. By this, a fixing of the tear-off tab can be reached in an economical and secure manner.
