The extension platform comprises an L-shaped limit block and a recess corresponding to the L-shaped limit block. The L-shaped limit block is adapted to turn over in the recess horizontally or vertically along the length direction of a workpiece mounted on the workbench for cutting.

摘要： An elongated horizontal extension table for miter saws for cutting molding for the sides of equiangular polygonal frames such as picture frames. The extension table has upper and lower surfaces, first and second ends, front and back edges, a hinge on the lower surface at the first end, a vertically adjustable support leg on the lower surface at the second end, and a vertical fence along the back edge. A simple stop arm extends obliquely across the upper surface of the table from the front edge to the fence and angled toward the first end of the extension table. The stop arm has a clamp that wraps around the front edge of the table, and also serves as a releasable slide for the arm. The extension table is attached to the frame of a miter saw by the hinge, and is aligned with the miter saw table by adjusting the length of the support leg. A template with angled scale lines is adhered to the horizontal surface of the extension table. A method is provided for easily cutting molding accurately at a given angle, to a length measured between any two respective points on the finished ends of the molding. Additional templates are provided with different angles of scale lines for accurately cutting sides for non-rectangular polygonal frames.

摘要： A drill press including a vertically disposed support post and a pivot assembly supported upon the support post is disclosed. A table is supported on the pivot assembly. The pivot assembly is pivotable about a first substantially horizontal axis, with the table pivoting about the first horizontal axis jointly with the pivot assembly. The table also is pivotable relative to the pivot assembly about a second substantially horizontal axis. The pivot assembly also may be pivoted around a vertical axis defined by the post and may be raised and lowered along the vertical post. A clamp plate is adjustable secured to the table and a telescoping extension arm is fixably secured relative to the table by the clamp plate. A guide fence is slidably disposable along the upper surface of the table and may be secured at various locations. A clamp may be adjustably secured either directly to the table or to the guide fence to vertically clamp a workpiece on the table. The table also includes an opening and an inner table which is removably disposable and supported within the opening. A router may be removably secured to the lower surface of the table, with the router bit disposed generally beneath the drill chuck.

摘要： A left and right hand material support platform-extension each comprised of an elongated flat surface horizontally disposed in use, one lengthwise side edge of each is affixed with a short vertical material guide fence. The bottom surface of one end of each platform-extension has a longer hingedly attached telescopic support leg, with the opposite bottom end of each platform-extension having a shorter hingedly attached leg which is structured for clamping between the panels of a portable work bench of the type having a central full length vise or clamping arrangement. Each platform-extension is essentially a mirror image of the other for positioning one platform-extension on each side of a portable tool having an integral material support platform such as a miter or radial arm saw which is supported conveniently elevated by the work bench containing the vise. The short legs of the platform-extensions each include an adjustable depth gauge for readily positioning the top surface of the platform-extensions flush with the top surface of the miter or radial arm saw material support platform prior to tightening the vise of the portable work bench to secure the platform-extensions stationary ready for use.
