    摘要: The invention relates to the field of milling, specifically a point position layout optimization method and a follow-up support head in mirror milling. It features an annular and linear sliding module to design a support head with adjustable support points. A corresponding layout optimization method is developed, starting with a coupled vibration model of the machining process. A layout optimization model is then created, with the quantity of support points and the support radius as decision variables. The goal is to minimize vibration amplitude and root mean square, constrained by structural interference and boundary conditions. The solution is achieved using a particle swarm optimization algorithm, supplemented by parameter scanning and a penalty function strategy. This invention addresses the limitations of existing single support point layouts for the mirror milling of various large thin-walled workpieces.

    摘要: The adjustable jack mechanism of this invention incorporates a base structure having a support tube, with a plurality of angulated leg supports projecting radially therefrom and which allow pivoting of the support legs to positions parallel with the support tube. A plurality of support legs are pivotally connected to the leg support elements and are stabilized relative to the support tube by a support ring and pivotal support links. An elevation tube is telescopically movable within the support tube and is selectively locked relative thereto by a primary lock including a locking ring that is angulated by an external locking element for frictional gripping relation with the elevation tube. A jack screw is telescopically positioned within the elevation tube and is vertically adjustable by rotation of an adjustment nut for raising or lowering an object support provided at the upper end thereof. An auxiliary lock is provided which includes a locking pin being movable radially through aligned locking apertures of the support tube and elevation tube and is capable of locking engagement with the jack screw, thus securing the elevation tube and jack screw in assembly with the base structure to prevent inadvertent separation thereof from the base structure during handling, transportation and storage thereof.

The extension table includes a base, a cylinder and a support assembly which supports the base. The base is a rectangular member which has a bottom surface with a rectangular slot on the bottom surface thereof and two arms. The cylinder is rotatingly coupled to the two arms by two screws. The support assembly has a support beam, a slidable support and an adjustable coupler. The support beam has a first elongated slot. The slidable support is an inverted Y-shaped member having a leg which is insertedly coupled into the rectangular slot of the base and two arms which are slidably coupled to the support beam. The adjustable coupler includes a coupling beam which has a second elongated slot, two chains and a board. The coupling beam is mechanically coupled to the table at its discharge end adjacent to the bottom thereof. Each chain is detachably coupled to the table at its discharge end adjacent to the top thereof and is mechanically coupled to the support beam. The board has two ends each of which is disposed in one of the first and second elongated slots of the support beam and the coupling beam, respectively. The extension table is attached to the table saw in order to facilitate support of a comparatively long board throughout its entire length of travel.

    摘要: A machining center for machining the interior of an elongate tubular workpiece includes a bed on which a rotatably indexable member is slidably mounted for movement on the bed along a first axis. Removably fastened on the indexable member in spaced parallelism are a first and second hollow bore spindles each engaging the exterior surface of a tubular workpiece whose interior is to be machined. The first spindle is rotatably driven to rotate the tubular workpiece about its axis responsive to machine tool control system commands slidably mounted on the bed for movement thereon along a path perpendicular to the path of member movement in an upright. Extending from the upright parallel to the axis of upright movement for insertion into the workpiece bore is an arm which is movable along the upright along a vertical direction. At the distal end of the arm is a right angle, high speed rotary driven cutting tool carrying spindle. By manipulating rotational movement of the tubular workpiece and by manipulating the translational movement of the arm, the upright and the bed, interior machining of the workpiece can easily be facilitated.
