    摘要： An aligning attachment includes a support aligned relative to a workpiece by a base and a collar slidably connected to the support. The aligning attachment is connected to a power tool and the power tool is guided toward the workpiece by the collar. The translation of the power tool is controlled by a control force applied to a lever pivotally connected to the collar. The lever cooperates with the support to transfer the control force to the support and the collar to counteract an input force applied to the power tool. The control force and associated reaction forces on the support and the lever lie approximately in the same plane. A user controls the translation of the power tool device by increasing or decreasing the control force applied to the lever.

    摘要： A T-bracket having a pair of spaced apart arms support a housing containing a sprocket wheel and a shaft to turn the sprocket. A handle attached to one end of the shaft turns the sprocket to tighten a chain turning on the sprocket teeth. A flexible wire rod is welded to the T-bracket and is juxtaposed around a rear end of a power drill. The chain is looped around a work piece and attached to a side of the drill opposite from the T-bracket. The handle is turned to tighten the chain and exert force on a drill bit being driven by the power drill.

The paddle fitting tool couples a drill to a nut runner using a saddle. The nut runner is operable to clamp the paddle fitting to securably hold the paddle fitting and wing spar stationary during drilling. The drill is operable to hold a drill bit and to drill a hole in the wing spar. The saddle couples the nut runner to the drill such that the hole drilled through the wing spar is approximately concentric with the hole in the top fork and the hole in the bottom fork of the paddle fitting.

    摘要： A hand tool system having a longitudinally extendable operating component and a longitudinally extendable support component for reaching a remote and/or confined location. The operating component includes a worm drive having a proximal end for attachment to a rotational drive device such as a drill motor, and a distal end for attachment to a rotational driver having a first end which can accept a connector engagement device such as a screwdriver head or other type bit and a second end from which extends a pivotable arm. The support component has a pivotable distal end with a securement member releasably securable to a structure, a hand engageable proximal end, and an exterior surface slidingly engageable with the pivotal arm extending from the driver. In use, an operator manipulates the support component with one hand while powering the drill motor with the other hand such that the support component engages the pivotable arm of the driver to thereby leverage and stabilize the driver during rotational movement of the screwdriver or other bit head and consequent placement of a screw member.

    摘要： A power drill system is disclosed which is hand held and manually operable. The drill system includes a drill and a positive feed unit for the drill connected thereto. A clamping member is connected at a lower portion thereof to a housing for the drill and feed unit. The clamp member is pneumatically powered to move it against a workpiece and clamp it against the housing at the location of the drill. A four way toggle switch controls the air pressure to the clamp member allowing the operator to control the clamping operation with one hand while the other hand holds the housing in the desired position.
