    摘要: A hydraulic injection molding machine incorporates a pump driven by a variable speed motor preferably of the brushless DC type. The machine controller outputs driving signals to adjust the speed of the motor so that the flow delivered by the pump substantially matches the hydraulic demand imposed during each phase of the machine operating cycle. The pump is preferably a variable displacement type and is connected to a fast responding pump control for selectively carrying out pressure compensation or flow compensation. The values of the motor driving signals are calculated so that the motor/pump combination is operated at or near maximum efficiency except when the pump control varies the displacement of the pump to effect pressure or flow compensation. Hydraulic transient response is further improved by connecting the output of the pump to an accumulator by way of a check valve.

    摘要: In a plastic processing machine (injection moulding machine) the amount of working medium to be supplied to the hydraulic drives and to the injection cylinder and the clamping cylinder is regulated to control the adjustment rates via a quantity control of an adjustment pump. The setting of the pressures necessary at the drives is effected in contrast via a directional valve which controls the fluid paths to one of the drives and which is adapted to be connected to the tank via a regulatable throttle point governing the pressure. This simplifies the apparatus expenditure for the pressure control of such a machine.

    摘要: A hybrid injection unit for an injection molding machine includes a plasticizing screw having a shaft and constructed for rotation and axial displacement. Operatively connected to the shaft is a first electric motor for rotating the plasticizing screw, and a second electric motor for axial displacement of the plasticizing screw. A cost-efficient construction of the second electric motor and reduced stress of the linkage between this electric motor and the shaft is realized by providing at least one piston and cylinder unit in fluid communication with a pressure source for support of the second electric motor in injection direction, and a traverse acted upon by one end of the piston and cylinder unit and rotatably supporting the shaft of the plasticizing shaft. The traverse acts upon the shaft between a force introduction point of the second electric motor into the shaft, on one hand, and the plasticizing screw, on the other hand.
