Abstract: A method for recovering a source gas at a specific pressure uses an adaptive repressurizer system including a series of valves configured to control flow circuit connections within the adaptive repressurizer system. The method includes disposing a gas container containing the source gas within the system. The method includes connecting the gas container; connecting a hydro source; connecting a utility gas source; connecting a vacuum source; and disposing an accumulator within the adaptive repressurizer system. The accumulator is connected to the gas side and to the hydraulic side circuits. The method includes moving the piston by pressurizing the gas-side circuit with the utility gas. The method includes actuating the adaptive repressurizer system to change a first gas pressure of the source gas to a second gas pressure; applying the source gas at the second gas pressure to a laboratory application; and evacuating the gas-side circuit to the vacuum source.

Abstract: A drive circuit for operating a solenoid includes a main switch and a charge pump circuit. The main switch is coupled in series with a coil of the solenoid. The main switch is configured to selectively enable current flow from a voltage source according to a main switching signal to translate a poppet of the solenoid between an opened position and a closed position. The charge pump circuit is coupled to the voltage source. The charge pump circuit is configured to discharge through the coil to translate the poppet from the closed position to the opened position, and to charge when the poppet is held in the opened position.

Abstract: A system for charging and discharging at least one hydraulic accumulator (10) can be connected to a valve control device (12). The valve control device (12) has at least one logic valve (14). A shuttle valve (16) and a hydraulically operated switching valve (18) are also provided. The valves (14, 16, 18) are interconnected such that the hydraulically actuatable switching valve (18) compares the accumulator pressure (pA) to a minimum accumulator pressure (pA0) that can be adjusted via the control pressure setting of this switching valve (18).

Abstract: Windrow mergers employ one or more design features as described herein in connection with a suspension assembly that allows the pickup head to rise or fall relative to a frame of the merger. One feature maintains a substantially constant force or pressure between a pickup head of the merger and the terrain regardless of a height of the head. Another feature maintains a substantially constant hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic actuator that connects the pickup head to a frame assembly of the merger. Still another feature employs a hydraulic pump driven by a power takeoff (PTO) of the tractor to charge and discharge a hydraulic actuator arranged to raise and lower the pickup head of the merger between an upper limit and a lower limit.
