    摘要： According to the invention, there is provided a cylinder cleaning device for use with a cleaning fabric supply roll having a cleaning fabric wound thereon. The cleaning fabric is supplied from the supply roll and pressed against the outer surface of a cylinder to clean the outer surface of the cylinder. The device comprises frame means and roll receiving means mounted on the frame means. The outer surface of the supply roll is engaged with and received by the receiving means. The device further comprises roll stabilizing means for stabilizing the supply roll on the receiving means when the supply roll is rotated on the receiving means to supply the cleaning fabric and have a diameter correspondingly decreasing.

    摘要： An inking arrangement for printing presses comprises an ink fountain member having at least one fountain-forming face for forming an ink fountain, an ink fountain roller defining an ink channel together with the fountain member and having an outer peripheral surface to be inked through the channel, a plurality of rollers for supplying the ink applied to the peripheral surface of the fountain roller to a printing portion, and a cleaning tank disposed below the fountain member. The cleaning tank is provided with a cleaning blade at least alternatively shiftable to a cleaning position in which the blade is pressed against the peripheral surface of the fountain roller, or to a stand-by position in which the blade is away from the fountain roller. The ink applied to the peripheral surface of the fountain roller through the channel is scraped off by the blade in the cleaning position and collected in the tank.

    摘要： A cylinder cleaning apparatus for a printing press includes a cleaning cloth, a plate, and a cylinder and a rod. The cleaning cloth is brought into contact with the circumferential surface of a blanket cylinder to wipe a foreign matter on the circumferential surface of the blanket cylinder. The plate is arranged to oppose the circumferential surface of the blanket cylinder through the cleaning cloth, is deformed in accordance with a radius of curvature of the circumferential surface of the blanket cylinder, and has a reaction force against the circumferential surface of the blanket cylinder. The cylinder and the rod press the plate against the circumferential surface of the blanket cylinder, thereby bringing the cleaning cloth into contact with the circumferential surface of the blanket cylinder at a predetermined contact pressure.
