摘要: Various embodiments of a hand tool shown a carpenter pencil tool are provided. The carpenter pencil tool includes a holder and a carpenter pencil. The carpenter pencil tool includes an adjustment mechanism that allows a user to change the position of the carpenter pencil relative to the holder when the adjustment mechanism is actuated, improving a user's ability to reach the carpenter pencil. In a specific embodiment, the adjustment mechanism allows a user to change the position of the carpenter pencil with one hand and/or a thumb. In various embodiments, the carpenter pencil tool holder includes a recess on an outer surface configured to engage and hold the carpenter pencil. When the carpenter pencil is held within the recess a pointed object can be extended through the holder at a chosen location to create a compass.

摘要: Disclosed is a telescoping writing implement that retracts the writing point when in the collapsed position. Importantly, it is simple in design, uses a minimized number of parts, and, uses no metal coil spring. In its most general form, an external pen body is mechanically connected to a writing cartridge such as ballpoint pen refill or touch screen stylus through at least one aperture in a guide tube. Movement of the external pen body downward draws the writing cartridge down inside the guide tube until the writing end of the writing cartridge is exposed and the connecting means such as a clip, screw or pin contacts the lower edge of the aperture or apertures. When the outer pen body is moved upward, it draws the writing cartridge with it inside the guide tube until the writing end is protected inside the guide tube. The limits of travel are governed by the dimensions of the aperture or apertures when the connecting means contacts the edge of the aperture or apertures. Additional elements may include an upper pen body, a pocket retainer clip and internal position detents. Applications include ball point pens, felt tip pens, and computer input styluses.

摘要: A retractable contact-control pen with an inner rod having near its front end a position limiting area that is provided with two protrusions pressed by a compression spring to be normally pressed against the inner wall of a hollow outer rod, when the inner and the outer rods slide relative to each other, by pressing of the inner rod against the inner wall of the outer rod, the inner rod can keep its stable sliding; moreover, the outer rod has on its tailing end an opening with a reduced diameter; the inner rod has a first flange at the rear of the position limiting area and with a diameter larger than that of the opening; so that when the entire retractable contact-control pen is pulled to elongate for use, the first flange is pressed against the periphery of the opening and stops there, the entire retractable contact-control pen thus has a better strength.

The writing instrument having an automatic sealing structure, including: a body case having a front opening formed in one end thereof; a knock part coupled to the other end of the body case so as to make a nib protrude from or be retracted into the front opening of the body case by a pushing operation thereof; a cartridge inserted into the body case together with a spring in a state in which the knock part and the nib are coupled to both ends thereof, respectively; at least one O-ring fixedly fitted in the body case; a holder fixedly fitted in the body case so that one end thereof is covered by the O-ring; and a ball shutter pivotally coupled to the holder to allow the nib to protrude or be sealed according to the pivoting thereof, wherein the ball shutter includes hinge shafts formed in a fan shape, and hinge parts of the holder, in which the hinge shaft is pivotally positioned, have projection jaws formed thereon by protruding inwardly to limit a pivot range of the hinge shaft.

摘要: Current handheld marking devices typically use hand movement to create marks on a surface. Marks, in this context, can be defined as an area on a surface having different physical properties from its surroundings. Such marks are created by the motion of a marking region that travels on a surface plane, creating a mark over time. Examples of such devices are: pens, brushes, markers, spray tools, and engraving instruments.Marking devices carry motion from the brain, to the hand, through the device and onto the surface. A feedback loop is created from the brain to hands to a final mark on a surface. The mark is observed as it is created and loops back into the brain. This creative mark making loop is the process to generate a visual element or design on a surface.Typically this loop is consistent across handheld marking devices.

摘要: A retractable writing/erasing piece against sliding back includes a holding pipe, an internal pipe, a sleeve pipe, a slide base and a writing/erasing piece. At least a pair of stepped guide grooves is disposed on a pipe wall of the internal pipe and the stepped guide grooves have multiple guide groove windows. At least a pair of spiral guide slots is disposed on an internal wall of the sleeve pipe. At least a pair of guide protrusions is disposed on the slide base. The pair of guide protrusions is contained in the pair of spiral guide slots. The guide protrusions are abutted against a blocking wall of a guide groove window therein, so that an accident sliding back of the writing/erasing piece and the slide base can be avoided.
