摘要： A method and system for creating exemplary end-use paint color includes a network module providing a first user input including paint color characteristics from a user device of a user to a paint analysis module. At least one colorant identifier associated with the first user input is generated by the paint analysis module via a color formula database. Colorants associated with the colorant identifiers are supplied to a kit, which is provided to the user. A second user input including a paint quantity is provided to the conversion module from the user device. A conversion module generates a quantity of each of the colorants based on the second user input; the quantities are sent to the user device. User-preferred paint colors are formed via a mixing means and applied to a display means. One or more user-preferred paint colors are confirmed as exemplary end-use paint colors by the user.

摘要： A system is provided enabling do it yourself body stenciling and/or body art. In particular, the system of the invention provides a body tight removable mask that masks an area of the body for body applications. The mask is sized to fit a particular portion of the torso or an appendage of a subject individual, and masks a standard area to enable an unskilled artisan to treat a portion of the subject individual. The stencil can mask a logo (e.g. of a sports team) or other form such as a swimsuit form on a wrist or ankle or upper torso, forehead, or a bathing suit area of the subject individual. The system optionally includes adhesive, Velcro, or other interlocking overlapping portions enabling easy removal of the stencil without disturbing the freshly treated area. In its simplest form, the stencil is a mask of the thighs, and the waist, the lower chest area and upper chest area, for example, with a preferably elastic mask panel that can be easily removed once the basic application is complete. Advantageously, the invention enables websites that feature body applications, such as websites featuring Sports teams, Universities, Sports Illustrated or Fashion TV, to sell stencil product in association with displays of finished works on models.

摘要： A wall-drawing hovering device (WDHD) is provided. The WDHD comprises an unmanned helicopter configured and operable for flying and hovering while being disconnected from ground. The WDHD further comprises a mobilizing system comprising at least one motorized wheel. The mobilizing system is physically associated and carried with the unmanned helicopter and configured to drive the WDHD along a vertical surface when the WDHD hovers above ground. The WDHD further comprises a drawing system comprising a paint releasing member connected with a paint reservoir. The drawing system is carried with the unmanned helicopter and configured to controllably release paint from the paint reservoir through the paint releasing member. The WDHD is thereby configured to hover above ground next to a vertical surface such as a wall, so that the mobilizing system frictionally attaches to the vertical surface thereby enabling driving the WDHD along the vertical surface. The WDHD is further configured to draw on the vertical surface by controllably releasing paint from the paint releasing member.

摘要： An apparatus and kit for creating prints on a surface is provided. The kit includes at least one stamp and a material for depositing the stamp on a surface. The stamp has one or more pieces of sponge adhered to a front surface of a rigid backing material, the pieces of sponge forming a shape desired for printing. A back surface of the backing material has a handle for holding the stamp. The material is a powder that may be partially water-soluble, forming a paint-like mixture or that may form a suspension when mixed. Prints are made by dipping the front surface of the backing material in the paint-like mixture causing the one or more pieces of sponge to absorb the paint-like mixture and pressing the sponge pieces against the surface.

The paint storage kit includes a larger storage container, a funnel, and a smaller touch-up container. The storage container includes a removable, flexible pour spout that reversibly connects with the opening of the storage container and facilitates clean transfer of paint into the touch-up container(s) or alternate location. The touch-up container includes a plastic tube, storage cap, and applicator pad. Paint is transferred to the storage container where it stored. The paint can then be transferred to one or more touch-up containers. The touch-up containers can apply small amounts of paint directly via an applicator pad affixed to the top of the touch-up container.

A paint manufacturing system includes multiple paint manufacturing sites that can each produce paint products. Each manufacturing site includes a site control computer to control a paint manufacturing process at the site and the system also includes a coordinating computer system that can exchange manufacturing operations data with each of the site control computers.
