摘要: Glass run has bottom wall 11, interior-side and exterior-side side walls 13, 12 provided at both end edges of bottom wall 11, interior-side sealing lips 18, 19 provided on inner side surface of interior-side side wall 13 and obliquely protruding toward exterior-side side wall 12, and exterior-side sealing lip 16 provided on inner side surface of exterior-side side wall 12 and obliquely protruding toward interior-side side wall 13. Sealing lips 18, 19, 16 are formed linearly toward exterior-side side wall 12 and interior-side side wall 13 respectively. Arc-shaped top end surfaces 18c, 19c, 16c of top end portions of sealing lips 18, 19, 16 can slide on both side surfaces of door glass 4 in a line-contact state. Notch portions 20, 21, 17 that allow sealing lips 18, 19, 16 to fall down to respective directions of inner side surfaces of interior-side and exterior-side side walls 13, 12 are formed.

The elastomer run seal includes at least one protruding rib that is located and dimensioned so as to be able to come into abutment against a free end of an inner wall of the frame when the at least one ascending strand is in a preliminary mounting position on the frame, and to be able to come into abutment against an inner wall of the frame when the at least one ascending strand is in a final mounting position on the frame, a gap between both inner and outer walls having a size which is higher when the run seal is in the preliminary mounting position than when it is in the final mounting position.

摘要: The trimming and sealing assembly (13) is intended to be applied to an upper portion of a frame (9) of a window (4) of a door (2) of a motor vehicle (1), the window (4) having an associated transparent pane (5), movable between a lowered opening position and a raised closing position. Such portion of the frame (9) includes at least one longitudinal support flange (12), with a sheet metal member (10) having an essentially L-shaped cross-section, with an upper wing (10a) forming an angle with respect to said pane (5) and provided with coupling formations (10c) and with a rear lateral wing or flap (10b) turned towards the inside of the motor vehicle (1) and extending downwards.The trimming and sealing assembly (13) comprises a rigid bearing profile (14), having an essentially L-shaped cross-section, with an upper wing (14a) extending above the upper wing (10a) of said flange (12) and a front lateral wing (14b) turned, in use, towards the environment outside the motor vehicle (1) and facing the rear lateral wing (10b) of said flange (12), such that between the support flange (12) and the bearing profile (14) there is defined a downwardly-open seat (15);To the front wing (14a) of the bearing profile (14) there is connected an external trimming profile (16).In said seat (15) there is mounted a sealing strip (21) having an essentially inverted U-shaped cross-section, with first and second lateral branches (21a, 21b), adjacent to the front wing (14b) of the bearing profile (14) and to the rear wing (10b) of the support flange (12), respectively, and provided with respective longitudinal sealing lips (21d, 21e) adapted to contact the opposite surfaces or faces (5a, 5b) of said transparent pane (5) when the latter is in the closed position.In the bearing profile (14) there being defined an upper longitudinal space (19), adjacent to the seat (15) and wherein said support flange (12) extends.The trimming and sealing assembly (13) further comprises a plurality of anchoring clips (18) having a substantially C- or U-shaped cross-section, arranged in longitudinally spaced positions in the upper space (19) of the bearing profile (14) and held therein. Each anchoring clip (18) has an upper branch (18a) and a lower branch (18b) resiliently divaricable, between which the support flange (12) is inserted with interference and snap-engaged.

摘要: A vehicle rear portion structure includes an upper back and an upper back reinforcement. The upper back reinforcement is made of a material different from the upper back and is provided to extend in a vehicle width direction on an upper side of a rear portion of the upper back in a vehicle front-rear direction. The upper back reinforcement includes a front flange, a rear flange, a bulging portion, and a luggage opening flange. Luggage weather rubber is attached to the luggage opening flange. The upper back is joined to the rear flange of the upper back reinforcement at a rear end portion of the upper back in the vehicle front-rear direction by any of caulking joining, bolt joining, and rivet joining. A rear side joining portion is covered with the luggage weather rubber.

摘要: The present invention relates to a door member (1) for mounting to a vehicle door (43). The door member (1) is moulded from a plastics material. The door member (1) includes a door seal mounting channel (3) for receiving a mounting portion (19) of a door seal (13). The door seal mounting channel (3) has first and second sidewalls (5, 7). 摘要: Seal sections of a weather strip comprise: an upper edge section seal which is in contact with the upper edge section of a door; a side edge section seal which is in contact with a side edge section of the door; and a connecting section seal which connects the upper edge section seal to the side edge section seal. The seal sections comprise first drip channels which are capable of connecting water from the exterior of a vehicle. Second drip channels, which are capable of collecting water that flows along the vehicle exterior sides of the seal sections, are formed between the seal sections and the drip lips. A communication section, which communicates between one first drip channel and one second drip channel, is formed in the connection section seal.
