摘要: A display device for attachment to a vehicle roof, comprises a display screen and an operating mechanism to move the screen into a storage position and an operational position. The operating mechanism includes at least one guide rail mounted to the roof and a first and second slide shoe slidably guided in the guide rail. A screen support supports the screen and is pivotally connected to the first or second slide shoe. A lever is pivotally connected to the screen support and to the other of the first and second slide shoes to at least rotate the screen between its operational and storage positions by changing the distance between the first and second slide shoes. Only the first slide shoe is driven by a drive motor. The second slide shoe has a locking mechanism to lock the second slide shoe where the screen is moved toward its operational position.

摘要: A vehicular sensing and control system includes a sensor module having (i) a switch face, (ii) a force sensing sensor, (iii) a haptic feedback device, and (iv) a microcontroller. Responsive to a user applying a first finger force the switch face, a first signal generated by the force sensing sensor is provided to the microcontroller. The microcontroller, based on the first signal, causes the haptic feedback device to generate a first haptic feedback associated with a first function of the vehicle and controls the first function of the vehicle. Responsive to the driver applying a second finger force to the switch face, a second signal generated by the force sensing sensor is provided to the microcontroller. The microcontroller, based on the second signal, causes the haptic feedback device to generate a second haptic feedback associated with a second function of the vehicle and controls the second function of the vehicle.

摘要: A roof console for a vehicle has at least one touch-slide operating element for controlling functional elements of the vehicle. A touch-slide operating element in the sense of this application is a touch-sensitive operating element with a one-dimensional extent. As a result of the one-dimensional extent, the operating elements can beneficially recognize gestures in the form of tapping and swiping which permits excellent blind operation. The swiping movements can also be detected in both directions of the one-dimensional extent.
