摘要： Mirrorized compartments for extending a diver's vertical, lateral and posterior fields of vision. The mirrorized compartments are clamped on opposite sides of the diving mask and have mirrorized surfaces which reflect light rays entering the compartments from objects above, below, the sides or rear of the mask into a diver's view. In a first aspect of the invention, the mirrorized surfaces are fixed to provide supplementary lateral and posterior fields of vision of fixed amounts. In a second aspect of the invention, the mirrorized surfaces are rotatable about horizontal axes to provide supplementary vertical or lateral and posterior fields of vision in varying amounts. In a third aspect of the invention, the mirrorized surfaces are on members which are rotatable with spherical joints to provide supplementary vertical, lateral and posterior fields of vision in varying amounts.

摘要： A waterproof mask is provided. The waterproof mask comprises at least one lens set and a leaning portion. The leaning portion defines a first portion and a second portion. The first portion connects and supports the at least one lens set, while the second portion is provided on a skirt portion of the first portion for fitting onto the human face. The second portion extends toward an inside surface of the first portion to be bent so as to form a contact surface touching the human face and a curved surface formed by at least one curvature radius. A cushion space is formed between the contact face of the second portion and the inside surface of the first portion. Thereby, the cushion space is capable of being compressed while the contact face receives a force.

摘要： A diving mask with supplemental lateral and posterior fields of vision. A pair of compartments which extend outwardly from opposite sides of the diving mask have fixed mirrorized surfaces which reflect light rays from objects at the sides and rear of the mask into a diver's view. In a first aspect of the invention, the fixed mirrorized surfaces are parallel to a front portion of the mask. In a second aspect of the invention, the fixed mirrorized surfaces extend outwardly and rearwardly from the opposite sides of the mask. In a third aspect of the invention, the fixed mirrorized surfaces extend outwardly and forwardly from the side portions of the mask. The compartments are preferably separately sealed to preserve the reflectance of the mirrorized surfaces, prevent fogging and avoid the necessity of cleaning.

摘要： A water sportsman's face mask for enabling a person swimming on or below the surface of a body of water to view objects in the opposite direction to his normaI line of vision. The mask comprises a frame, a lens mounted in the front portion of the frame, a flexible seal attached to the rear of the frame for forming a water-tight seal between the frame and the face of the swimmer, an adjustable strap for attaching the mask to the swimmer's head, and at least one prism in front of the lens having a pair of complementary faces which are inclined to the lens and internally reflect rays from objects behind the swimmer into his forward field of vision. In a second embodiment, a module is mounted on the front of a mask and has a pair of prisms, each having one member of a pair of complementary inclined faces for viewing objects behind a swimmer.
